Eli, with all due respect, your prices are not based on market comparable vehicles and you do not price the cars at MSRP or below. The very first thing out of the manager's mouth on Sunday, 07/17/22, when he met me was "all new blazers have a $5,000 markup on them, even if we order." That is bs. Why are you charging $5,000 over MSRP on a blazer? I get the car market is kind of rough still but really man. $5,000 over MSRP? That is insane. In addition, you have to be an idiot to realize your addendum stickers are more of a rip-off. You are charging $1,899 more for pinstriping, nitrogen air filled tires, flashing third brake light. This is a common scam tactic for dealerships and you are doing that to consumers to maximize profits while ripping people off, I am not stupid. In addition to the markup, and the $1,899 bogus rip-off sticker, you are charging $999.50 doc fee. So a new blazer will be $7,898.50 OVER MSRP BEFORE Taxes! Insanity! I wish I could put a screenshot here, because stock number 225350, 2022 Chevy Blazer RS, is on your website with MSRP $43,920 but shows Dimmitt Price of $46,765 then the disclaimer shows "Price is plus Delivery Handling Service of $999.50 and Private Tag Agency Service of $249.00 (both represent profit and cost to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents for the sale), Dimmitt Preferred Customer Package of $1,899.00 , any applicable taxes, estimated registration and title fees." So, this car is going to be roughly $50k before taxes. To refresh, you are not comparatively competitive, you are comparatively scamming people. There are plenty of other dealers not putting $5,000 markups on a Chevy Blazer or adding useless crap noone asked for, people need to do their research. The worst part is I was told the Blazer RS I was looking at online was in-person, ready for me to see and I get there and that wasn't the case, then I got asked repeatedly why I didn't want the Premier with the brownish color interior. I came for the RS, I was told it was there, but wasn't. You operate a bait-and-switch, unethical dealership and I hope this makes people do research more.

You can make your response pretty, but the truth is very ugly. Your dealership is deceptive, shady, unethical and dishonest. We were NEVER given the window sticker or shown the MSRP of the vehicle prior to purchase. We were never told about or agreed to a ‘preferred customer package’ which we were charged for without our knowledge. Your dealership and Bobby was intentionally deceptive and have chosen to do nothing to rectify the situation. SHAMEFUL!!!
