Hello Cindy and Joel, as a 98-year-old company with a solid reputation in Clearwater, and a Chevrolet Dealer of the Year, our professional instincts tell us to refrain from responding to your untrue and baseless allegations. However, we need to ask… if you are willing to take so much time writing a review, why didn’t you tell the whole story? Why didn’t share the text messages you sent to our staff laced with abusive and foul language (we have screenshots too)? Although we did appreciate the apology for your behavior, it was getting to a point where we had to decide between good and bad business. You are the latter. We responded to your inquiry on 10/25/2022, and almost two months on, you have refused several of our offers while continuing your gross mistreatment of our staff. Best wishes to the next dealer.
