I fully understand that things go wrong and sometimes people arrive late, but it would have been nice to acknowledge this with me. Because my appointment started late, I was then late for the remainder of the day, running about 30 minutes behind, which made me look unprofessional and led to me apologizing for my lateness. I would have just appreciated someone at Diehl to acknowledge this was an issue and to communicate with me. The work itself was fine--an oil change and tire rotation. More

I was looking to trade in my current car and get into a more fuel efficient vehicle. I was looking at a Corolla Cross Hybrid in a specific color and with specific features. Rick worked with me for over two months to locate a vehicle. I live over 30 miles from this dealership and there are at least two other ones that are closer to me. Those dealerships would not give me the time of day, if i was not going to purchase a car on their lot. They didn't want the hassel of looking at other dealerships. I will be purchasing all of my cars from Diehl Toyota of Hermitage going forward. More
