My thanks to the Diehl internet team for really working with me to get the commuter car I actually wanted - a Prius C. I was more than a little discouraged that this little wallet and environmentally frie with me to get the commuter car I actually wanted - a Prius C. I was more than a little discouraged that this little wallet and environmentally friendly car was so hard to find at the time in the higher trim levels, or even at any trim level. I had emailed, called around, and stopped into multiple Toyota dealerships in an ever expanding radius around my home with little to no luck in finding my targeted vehicle when Jessica and Jonathan of Diehl made it happen. Jessica handled all my questions promptly and Jonathan made the paperwork a cinch. Thanks for finding my car - with my daily commutes now in the 50+ mpgs, I'm loving it! More
As a first-time purchaser, Matt and Bill could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to help me through every step in the process from beginning to end. They explained everything thoroughly, and were extremely considerate. Not to mention the fact that they took excellent care of the car I was purchasing and making sure I felt comfortable with every aspect of it. They made the experience an enjoyable and exciting one, and I feel confident that I got the best deal and the best quality available. More
I would like to say that, unfortunately still, there are stereotypes out there and I happen to be two of them - a single woman. This can be a detrimental combination on the buying end of autos, and now, for stereotypes out there and I happen to be two of them - a single woman. This can be a detrimental combination on the buying end of autos, and now, for me, it's been broken. I called on Diehl on Saturday because Greg Gallagher was highly recommended to me by a family member. I told him what I needed (although I did not tell him that) and price range I could afford. He never once played the salesman. I had been to a couple of other dealerships and I was "handled", down to the "let me talk to my manager." He never demanded that I come in at that moment because there was one car he had in that price range, fitting the description and someone else was looking at it! He told me that I would have many options, which I did, whenever I would be free to stop in, and he would very happy to show me all of my choices, but he also said that there was a very nice car, a Honda Civic, that sounded like it might be a great fit. But still, NO PUSHING!!! I decided to go immediately after having hung up. So much for trying to break that stereotype, eh? ***Now, I WILL interject something here that left a sort of bad taste in my mouth and it had nothing to do with Greg or the dealership as a whole. When I first walked in, my first employee encounter was with a salesman and young woman behind the Cashier's Desk, I asked for Greg and, instead of offering me real help, I got, "The last time I saw him, he was walking that way(pointing to my left)." I found that very unprofessional.*** I was left to wander around, poking my head into doorways, and then I was rescued. A gentleman introducing himself as Rich Grossman asked if I was waiting for someone and if I needed help with anything. I mistook him as the Salesman of the Day, so I told him I was waiting specifically for Greg. Without missing a beat, he invited me into his office and paged Greg. Rich made me laugh and feel very happy that I was there. Greg showed me the Honda Civic first and asked if I would like to see any others. I showed interest (stereotype II) and he asked if I would like to take a test drive. While on the test drive, he answered every question I threw (as if I REALLY know many((stereotype III))) and he answered all of them, never, ever making me feel like I was stupid for asking him inane questions. By the time we pulled back into the dealership, I found he was absolutely right. I knew the Civic was what I wanted and needed. It was a perfect fit. ... and here was the miracle. Greg invited me backstage to "talk to his manager" with him! Greg was very clear to Rich about what I could afford. Rich worked some magic with Greg and made everything happen perfectly. I loved working with both Greg and Rich and I especially love the car I now own. As long as they are there, I will not go anywhere else. More
Jason Pacchioni provided excellent service and fare pricing. I purchased a Toyota Prius from Diehl Toyota in late December 2011 and highly recommend Jason and the dealership. pricing. My family was in this dealership recently. We were interested in a $30,000+ vehicle and were looking to trade in a Toyota. We had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with Jonathan Smith of the Inter interested in a $30,000+ vehicle and were looking to trade in a Toyota. We had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with Jonathan Smith of the Internet department. Jonathan could not care less about helping us out. He was completed disinterested and rude. He also badmouthed the female that also worked in the Internet department to us. She was basically doing all the work and the customer service. He just sat at his computer and hid in his office. Then he would bad mouth his colleague. This dealership had a very nice service department. It also has a very nice collision repair department. We have had excellent experience with both. But we'll never give this dealer another chance to earn our business. It's just a shame, they have the exact car sitting on the lot that we want. And their price isn't bad either. I just don't want to ever see Jonathan again as long as I live. He is worthless and should be fired. More

Diehl Toyota was the easiest dealership we have ever worked with. Their prices were very competitive and they gave us an excellent deal on our trade in. The entire staff we worked with were very friendly and not pushy, unlike the other dealers we visited. They were knowledgeable of the vehicles they were selling and were upfront with any known history on their used vehicles. I walked away with a very fair deal and a feeling of being professionally treated. More
I found myself having to make a relatively quick decision on a new vehicle after the engine died in my '02 Saturn L200. Drove up to Diehl because they had one of the few remaining '11 Sienna SEs. Brian was on a new vehicle after the engine died in my '02 Saturn L200. Drove up to Diehl because they had one of the few remaining '11 Sienna SEs. Brian was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. He explained the features of the SE and the differences of the different trim levels on the Sierra. Went back the following day with my wife and Brian spent more time with us, answering questions, taking us on another test drive and pointing out some additional things about the Sienna SE. We got a good price, and Bill was able to get us a nice rate on the financing. Bill was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork, including the extended warranty and paint/fabric protection plans that were available. He ended up giving us a good price on the package that we decided to add. I was also impressed that the dealer offers free loaners for the life of the vehicle as well as pick-up and drop-off service for maintenance and service. I found myself driving home very impressed with my Sienna ES and with the folks at Diehl. More
