The dealership was very busy the day I went in to purchase a car. But I had already do my homework and research online, I already knew who to ask for. I went out for a test drive right away. Turns out I tried a new 2011 Rav4 and noticed instantly a HUGE difference in my ability to get in and out of the car with ease. In addition, he listened to my criteria for car selection, and worked within them. He wasn't pushy about straying from them, as other salesmen (at other dealerships) had been. Lastly, while I loathe "negotiating" a price, at my request for a lower price he reduced it by a little under 4%, from $13900 to $13350. He was also very good at reading my personality - he wasn't too friendly or professionally-reserved. He was kind. More

Dave showed us the two vehicles I was interested in and give me the opportunity to test drive both vehicles. We talked about not purchasing the car until June, but Dave showed me the Camry in the show room and that's when Bill came into the picture and assured me He could check out the financing.
