I had a horrible experience at Diehl Toyota. This is the fourth car I have bought in my life, and the customer service was horrible. A month ago, I went to Diehl expecting to buy a 2013 Tacoma. I put a $5 fourth car I have bought in my life, and the customer service was horrible. A month ago, I went to Diehl expecting to buy a 2013 Tacoma. I put a $500 deposit down to get the truck I wanted. I found out three days later that the truck had been sold. When I asked why 72 hours went by before they tried to get the truck, there was no real answer. I was then told several days later that they were expecting one to be deliver to their lot, and it was leaving California that day. I still had to wait 3-4 weeks before the expected deliver. I was given a 8 day window of when I should be able to pick up the truck. That 8 day window came and went with no notification. Upon a phone call asking where my truck was, I was told that it would still be at least another week. I was told that "I just didn't understand the system." I found it very strange that they didn't know when vehicles were supposed to arrive on their lot. I then called another Toyota dealership, to see if this was true, or if I was just getting the run around. The new dealership could tell me exactly when vehicles were to arrive on the lot. They also told me that they could guarantee I could get in the exact truck I was looking for by the end of the week, or they would take $1000 off. I would expect a dealership to keep their customers informed on any changes in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Diehl thought they could keep dragging me along. I have decided to go with a dealership that cares about their customers. More
I had purchased a Dodge from Diehl 2 1/2 years ago and I was not happy with the car. I had previously been a Toyota driver (Camry, Highlander) and my husband has a Tacoma from Diehl Toyota and we have never was not happy with the car. I decided to stick with Diehl despite the bad experience with the Dodge and I am so pleased I did. I scheduled my initial appointment online and ended up working with both Jessica and Greg. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. I had gone in thinking I wanted a Rav4 but came away with a Camry and I love it. I am so glad Greg suggested I drive one! They made sure we got in on the 0% financing over Labor Day and I am greatly enjoying driving my new Camry and saving all kinds of money on gas. More

Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. When I decided that I was going to purchase the 2012 Corolla S with the Entune system, he found the car I wanted within a few days. He even emailed me with the picture! Jason was fabulous to deal with throughout the whole buying process. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered just that. No hassles at all! I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. More
For being my first experience in car shopping, everything went quite smoothly thanks to Don, our salesperson. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The finance company that we had applied through was giving us a very hard time the morning that we were supposed to pick up my car. However, the guys at Diehl quickly sorted out the situation and found us better financing, and made the whole experience much simpler to process. They had no issues with negotiating the price around the few issues found in the car by our mechanic, and sold my new SX4 to us at a very fair price, with great financing. Friendly employees, overall, a wonderful first car-shopping experience. More
