Working with Jesus made my vehicle purchase so easy. Jesus is very knowledgeable,friendly,courteous, and very helpful in helping me in my decision to purchase a 2013 Rav 4. He showed me and educated me in my standards, and options of my Rav, and also pointed out what I already had with my previous Rav. He helped me with setting up and instructing me how to operate different options included in my Vehicle and also let me know if at any time I had questions or concerns with my Rav, to please contact him and he would be more than glad to help me or find the answers for me. My Fiance and I went to look for a car that we would be able to lease. We just recently graduated from college and were looking for a car that would last a long time, as well as looking for something that able to lease. Stefan was able to find us the perfect car. He showed us three cars from Toyota Scion xB, Corolla, and a Camry. He was able to tell us that with what we are looking for as far as saving on gas and being affordable as well as help us with the college program that the Camry would be our best fit. The Camry was perfect! My fiance absolutely loves this car! Excellent service he was able to help us ease into leasing our first car together. Stefan helped explain things that were understandable. Stefan was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. It made this process very easy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
I had never bought or leased a new car before so I was very new to the process. My old car had just about given up on me so I decided it was time to find a new vehicle. When I told Stefan what I needed in a car and what my realistic budget was he showed me the vehicles that fit into those categories and vehicles that he thought I would like. With each vehicle he explained in detail how the different components worked and why he thought they would be good for me. When we test drove the car he explained a lot of the things the car was doing as I was driving, the different features of the car and answered any of my questions without hesitation. When I decided what vehicle I wanted he was very helpful in explaining the lease terms and all of the financial stuff. The car itself is a great vehicle and Stefan was very friendly throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend him and this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. More
My husband and I went to Diehl Toyota on Labor Day, to look at new Camry's. (We had a car that was only 2 years old; a good car, but we just didn't like it all that well.) Gregg Blymiller came out to ta look at new Camry's. (We had a car that was only 2 years old; a good car, but we just didn't like it all that well.) Gregg Blymiller came out to talk with us, and didn't apply any sales pressure at all, which we appreciated. He offered to run some numbers for us on a car, and we said ok....we had about an hour before having to get back home (for a cookout that afternoon). We ended up purchasing a Camry SE....Gregg started all the paperwork, we went home for the cookout, and my husband returned later for the car. It's probably the fastest we've ever bought a car.....and the easiest. Gregg was friendly, helpful, and efficient about everything. I took the car back over a few days later, and Gregg set up Bluetooth for me, explained more things about the audio and other systems, and I know he'll be there when/if I have other questions. We owned a Camry before, and I've always said I loved that car more than any other we've ever owned. I love the new Camry as much as our previous one. I plan to drive Camry's from now on. We had purchased our previous Camry from Diehl, also, so we're familiar with their service department, as well as sales. Service was always efficient and smooth...no hassles. I was referred to you by Liberty Mutual after a client of theirs rear-ended my wife. I am very happy with the work you did to repair damage from a collision to the rear of my vehicle. The problem I do have is that I own a Toyota Sequoia, which I am sure you know have very poorly designed rear hatch handles, and mine broke or came apart in the accident. When I was given the vehicle back it worked twice. I called and made an appointment to have it fixed again. My wife took it in to be told "it is rusted and that wasn't caused by the accident so I couldn't replace the parts but it is fixed. It will break again but I don't know when". I know when, exactly one more opening did it. I was never even given the option to have it replaced while it was apart. I didn't know anything about this problem until I looked on You Tube about how to fix it and there were thousands of videos about this very problem. I spent $139 for the part (which I bought elsewhere) and 3 hours of my Saturday to fix it myself. I would have happily paid $199 to have this problem fixed while you had it apart. I would guess it is a half hour job for you at that point. You did well on what you were asked to fix but the customer service left me feeling ripped off anyway. I would never describe your work as "above and beyond expectations!" More

I was looking here locally in Evansville Indiana and was just not able to get where I needed to be within my budget. I then started looking online, and found exactly what I was looking for a Diehl Toyota! I was blessed with two fantastic salesman! I ordered this vehicle while overseas in Afghanistan. Jessica worked with me the whole way keeping in constant communication and meeting all my needs/wants for the vehicle.
