Diehl's website is poorly designed which creates confusion and frustration. Made online service reservation, no confirmation received. Called dealership to confirm, they found no record. Two hours later, received a call to confirm my appointment exactly 24 minutes prior to requested appointment time. Assume that the service was good as usual, but the cost of the oil change/tire rotation was raised to $98, including an unidentified $5.00 fee [????] Unsure a recommendation should be made when there are 5 other auto centers within a mile in either direction that charge $39.95 for the same service.
