The dealership is very knowledgeable clean well stocked and gave me a decent trade in value. I would like the staff to notify my insurance company the next time I purchase a vehicle. I had to call my insur and gave me a decent trade in value. I would like the staff to notify my insurance company the next time I purchase a vehicle. Went in to diehl hermitage for a check engine light and a tire rotation and oil change, came back and said they didn’t find a check engine problem but proceeded to do my oil and tire rotation. Week goes by a tire rotation and oil change, came back and said they didn’t find a check engine problem but proceeded to do my oil and tire rotation. Week goes by after they cleared the code and the check engine light comes back on, took it to another Chevy dealership and solved the issues quickly. Do not recommend going to Diehl of hermitage. More
