Was supposed to get a free oilo change and tire rotation for free because I bought my car at the dealer however ended up paying $44 forone bulb on the back drivers side of my car and never asked before chan for free because I bought my car at the dealer however ended up paying $44 forone bulb on the back drivers side of my car and never asked before changing it just did it and wouldnt give me my keys until I paid for them to change a $5 bulb and claimed to change two but I have a screen shot of what it shows on my chevy app one bulb was changed and they CLAIMED to have done other work required for an oil change at 75,000 miles and when I asked them about it he gave one excuse after the other on why that didn't get done. They also claimed to have done what would have been covered and they didn't even check that stuff as on the first form he brought out to me claimed all lights passed and it wasn't until I mentioned it suddenly another excuse. I would NEVER TRUST THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!!! TOOK 2 HOURS FOR WORK THAT DIDNT GET DONE BUT ENDED UP PAYING MORE MONEY THAN AN ACTUAL OIL CHANGE WOULF OF COST. More
I was scheduled for a service appointment on a weekday for 9:00am. When I arrived at the service department, I was immediately informed that there would be a delay on getting my vehicle looked at. I asked for 9:00am. When I arrived at the service department, I was immediately informed that there would be a delay on getting my vehicle looked at. I asked the service attendant approximately how long it would be for my vehicle to get in for service. The attendant could not even give me a definitive time. I asked the attendant to consult with someone in the service department and ask that person if they had an approximate time frame of when they could look at my vehicle. The attendant did not acknowledge my request. The attendant stated that they there were many vehicles ahead of me. I asked the attendant: "why was I scheduled for this time slot". Another attendant who overheard the conversation who was very offensive and rude, very abruptly stated that that the completion of this service could possibly take until the end of the day (5:00pm). I decided to take my business elsewhere. It seems to me that the service attendants have no idea how to effectively communicate with customers and cannot properly schedule repairs. I would not recommend the service department to anyone and would not trust my vehicle in their hands. More
