He remembered how much I originally paid for my car and how many miles I had. He explained a newer car like mine with the low miles I should not have a problem. He said trade in values are based on a lot of different factors and when I am ready he would be more than willing to walk me through the process. He explained every detail of information that we asked about, and was just very thorough. (He even phoned us the next day to see how everything was going and how our trip home went!). Also, Lucas Walters was extremely thorough and professional on the financing end of the deal. Lucas really knows his business. His explanations of the minutiae of all the forms and contracts was just great.
