The sales agent, Rob Akers, was unbelievably professional, friendly and helpful. I've never had a car-buying experience that was so simple and relaxing. He really put us at our ease. He explained every detail of information that we asked about, and was just very thorough. (He even phoned us the next day to see how everything was going and how our trip home went!). Also, Lucas Walters was extremely thorough and professional on the financing end of the deal. Lucas really knows his business. His explanations of the minutiae of all the forms and contracts was just great. Both of these gentlemen were amazing, and I am going to recommend them and their dealership to any friends and family who are thinking of buying a vehicle.
