Very patient and friendly salesman I had been looking for a bit larger pickup and thought to check at the truck center at Dick Hanna. The 2005 Colorado on the lot was way overpriced at nearly $14K, but the salesman John patiently listened to my arguments and represented my side when the final price was determined. He was helpful, polite, fair, and knowledgeable. He really took my thoughts to heart and presented the logic in my best interests. I would not hesitate asking for him again or recommending him to others. Not pushy, but friendly, supportive, and empathetic. A good model for the profession. More

The did not force my hand into anything. Gave me a great rate and everything. But don't get me started on my salesmen, John Fennessey. He was great! He walked me around. Explained me the options. I told him what I needed and he delivered. Didn't show me what I didn't want to see, just asked a few questions and lined up the trucks. No parlor tricks with him either. He didn't try to sell me a dang thing. He only wanted to show me what I told him I wanted. He was awesome. I'm in the army active duty stationed at Fort Lewis. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my soldiers out here on post. It's a good distance away and when they found out how far I drove they gave me a tank of gas to go with it. He brings out a late model Ford F150. The color and the bells and whistles. I was sold before the test drive. The financing took some time as it was Sunday. Rob made it easy for us. They worked hard to make me happy I was initially happy with my purchase until the following week when I got a call from the finance department & after having me go back there, saying I was initially happy with my purchase until the following week when I got a call from the finance department & after having me go back there, saying they will no longer finance my extended service warranty. I didn't know there supposedly is a 4 day window where financing terms can be changed...this is nowhere in the contract. Another thing is I was there from daylight until closing & only saw the car in the dark….I was there a long time. They pointed out a small dent & the following day I noticed that there was significantly more damage then just the small dent. Make sure you know that terms are not always necessarily final at the time of purchase. They helped me get the warranty back. Nothing about the damage yet. More

His and Hers Came in looking for a used truck for my husband, and left with a beautiful 2011 Chevy Tahoe for me (coincidentally on my birthday)!!
