My experience at diamond valley Honda was quite amazing! I previously had a terrible experience purchasing my car over at a different Honda. Therefore when I came in here I explained my previous experience I previously had a terrible experience purchasing my car over at a different Honda. Therefore when I came in here I explained my previous experience to them and they went above and beyond to prove that Honda matter of fact DOES care about their customers! The experience was great from the moment Kaitlyn & Ivan whom take care of online sales reached out to me. My experience only got better when I went in the following morning and Alfonso over at sales took me in and took care of me. He went above and beyond to make sure what had happened at the previous Honda didn’t happen here. With the help of their manager AJ, they went ahead and put together an amazing deal for me. Then Stephanie with the finance department made sure to explain the whole deal thoroughly and sealed the deal with amazing customer service/customer support. She’s such a sweet and educated woman! I have been a Honda customer since 2020 and after my bad experience at a different Honda I was quite skeptical on proceeding with Honda ever again, but I am extremely happy that I was well taken care as I will continue to remain with not only honda, but diamond valley Honda to be exact! Could not recommend anyone who will take better care of you than them. More

Initially, I provided this dealership with a favorable review; however, upon uncovering their actions, I am compelled to submit a revised assessment. I would give this dealership a 0-star rating if I cou review; however, upon uncovering their actions, I am compelled to submit a revised assessment. I would give this dealership a 0-star rating if I could! The financing department was dishonest and took my money after the agreed "Out the Door" price by one of the manager. Despite agreeing on an 'Out the Door' price, they misrepresented the final amount and failed to reflect my down payment correctly. I reached out to the financing person, but he did not take any responsibility or provided a solution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I highly advise anyone considering this dealership to be extremely cautious. There are plenty of other dealerships out there where you can expect honesty and fair treatment. Look elsewhere if you want a smoother, more transparent car-buying experience. Utterly deceitful and underhanded. Extremely untrustworthy and dishonest. Would not recommend this dealership. More
