This is the 8th car my family has purchased from Diamond Valley Honda. That should say volumes!! Always get excellent service! I was very short on time this visit and I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours! Eric and Carlos were great to work with. I had a car I wanted, it was a hard to get color combo and when I found they were to get one in stock, Eric called as soon as it arrived. He even sen I had a car I wanted, it was a hard to get color combo and when I found they were to get one in stock, Eric called as soon as it arrived. He even sent photos! Very personable and great to work with all around. Carlos chatted baseball with us during the finance part which always seems to take forever but this conversation made the time fly and before we knew it, we were driving off in our new vehicle! Well they was really unorganized one would say one thing another would say something else leave dealership get home turn off car call family outside to show them only for the car to not start why didn’t the another would say something else leave dealership get home turn off car call family outside to show them only for the car to not start why didn’t the car not start you would ask because the car was never unlocked from dealer mode also was never given a test drive no one ever went over the vehicle and what it has and doesn’t we thought maybe they don’t do it anymore no they just didn’t do it with us so overall kinda disappointed but the upside they are really friendly More
