Total rip-off – Check out other reviews on Google, YELP, and the BBB site! These people are criminals! I had an agreement with the salesman and manager on the car price, gave them $1,500 as a down paymen and the BBB site! These people are criminals! I had an agreement with the salesman and manager on the car price, gave them $1,500 as a down payment, and thought everything was fine. But when I got the loan papers, my down payment wasn’t even listed! Where did my money go? I tried reaching out to their finance team, but it was a total waste of time. They lied and took my down payment. They straight-up stole $1,500 from me. I ended up paying way more for the car than I originally agreed to. This dealership is a complete scam. They're dishonest, shady, and love ripping people off. Don’t make the mistake of going here unless you want to get scammed like I did. Avoid Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet, CA at all costs! More

I made a agrement with the salesman and manager for the car price, handed over $1,500 as a down payment, and BBB website! These people are crooks! I made a agrement with the salesman and manager for the car price, handed over $1,500 as a down payment, and thought everything was good. When I got the loan documents, my down payment wasn’t even on there! Where did my money go? I tried talking to their finance team, but it was a complete joke. They lied and stole my downpayment. They flat-out robbed me of $1,500. I ended up paying way more for the car than I agreed to. This dealership is nothing but a scam. They’re shady, dishonest, and love ripping people off. Don’t make the mistake of going there unless you want to get cheated like I did. Stay far away from Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet, CA! More

When I checked the loan documents, my down payment wasn’t included in the final price and when I tried to get answers, Jason, in financing, lied to his very core, perfectly embodying the corrupt and deceitful nature of this entire dealerships. They basically stole my $1,500. Because of their deception, I ended up paying way more for the car than I should have. This place is a cesspool of dishonesty and scams. When I got the loan documents, I was completely shocked to find out the down payment was missing. I reached out to financing, but they just passed me around without offering any solution. They straight-up stole my down payment. The car ended up costing way more than it should have because of their lies and deceit. This review is to expose the complete dishonesty and scams at this dealership. Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet, CA is incredibly shady, totally unreliable, and downright crooked.
