Even the owner came out and said congratulations to me! The transaction was stress-free.They try to make the experience an enjoyable one. When I told them about what I read on yelp, they were so apologetic and explain to me that they had "clean house" and are trying to rebulid their reputation. One of the employee Stacey broke down with pictures and drawings the difference between leasing and buying to me. David (another employee) and Stacey left no stone unturned when it came to getting me a great deal and the right protection.
