I had great customer service. The service writer (sadly do not recall her name) did everything she could to get me in the day I came in. I did end up getting in same day which was The service writer (sadly do not recall her name) did everything she could to get me in the day I came in. I did end up getting in same day which was great. Only complaint I have is they did not have a rental car I could use, even though they needed to keep my car of up to 3 days. My warranty covered a rental car. More

I asked how long I would have to wait for my car to be ready. They stated 1 1/2 to two hours. I checked in at 8:00 a.m. and left 11:50 am Raul was a nice person. He was very polite and polite.
