Very disappointed not only with Hyundai as a whole but the service center at the Palmdale dealership also. After getting my car back i had it taken to Diamond Palmdale to have the ignition and door locked fixed. Since my phone calls were not answered or messages returned for 3 days i decided to just go there. At the dealership upon arrival the customer service was very unprofessional we were not greeted at all and stood there for at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. The lady seemed bothered that we were there and was very rude and not very helpful. it was like she didn't even know what she was supposed to be doing. My car was not finished so we left. i called several times during the following week to get an update on the status of my car with no luck on anybody answering or returning my calls. when i went to go pick up my car the staff again was very unprofessional. when they showed me my car i noticed that the battery looked different but was told it was mine. My car did not start and had to be charged and jumped for it to start. After arriving art home i looked in my trunk and the items that were in my trunk in my spare tire compartment which was my code reader and emergency jumper were not in there anymore, i left them in the car when i went to look at my car after it was recovered. Now after 3 days of having my car back, i am again unable to get a hold of anyone at the dealership to see if the other parts that were ordered have arrived or to inquire about my missing items which they will probably just deny. More
If I can give this place less stars I would! !!! They well sell you broken cars and refuse to fix them, even after proving how its a faulty car. After getting my car maintenance it broke down eve !!! I have yet to have a good experience working with Diamond Hyundai, both Sales and Service. Service has a tendency to not answer the phone, which is problematic. Most recently, having brought in a coupon for Hyundai, both Sales and Service. Service has a tendency to not answer the phone, which is problematic. Most recently, having brought in a coupon for a free oil change (from Sales) the sales floor manager scrutinized every detail to the fine print to ensure I didn't accidentally get too much. On the same visit, I asked for a service listed in the Maintenance Schedule in my Vehicle's Owners manual as routine maintenance, which had the staff baffled. They didn't understand what the service was, even after I explained it, and were unable to perform it - even though (with my assistance) they found it in their system. They were able to recommend a host of services not found in the Owner's Manual, however, which I had to individually decline. Additionally, I and another customer had to wait nearly 15 minutes after arriving at the service desk to be helped, despite one of the service advisors sitting at her desk, perusing her cell phone. Every time I bring my vehicle to Diamond Hyundai they surprise with a new way to make me dislike them. Unfortunately, they're the only Hyundai dealer nearby, and other shops declined to service my "foreign car" for even a basic oil and brake fluid change. More
The service team always takes care of the customer as if we were family. Raul really made it feel like Christmas even though we were stressed about our car!! The mechanics are fast and consistent. She’s so rude; whether in person or on the phone. She got atttitude towards customers. She doesn’t follow up even if she promised she would. Left her multiple messages but she won’t give me a call.
