I would give zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. I bought a brand new 24 Kona back in July 2024. Everything was going well but the salesman told me they only had one key fob on hand but assu option. I bought a brand new 24 Kona back in July 2024. Everything was going well but the salesman told me they only had one key fob on hand but assured me they will mail out the second one. Went through finance, signed and left with my new car. A day later I get a call saying that I missed a signature on my PREAPPROVED check (I was certain I had to sign it but the finance guy told me the signature wasn’t needed). I truly felt like they were trying to scam me into their own finance deal. Red flag 2. Two weeks goes by and I haven’t received the second key fob as promised. I call multiple times but miraculously there was no one in the office every time I called. A few more weeks go by and I send an email explaining my frustration about not receiving my second key fob and even attached a mailing address. NOTHING. February 2025 and I call trying to see if they will finally send out my key fob just to be told their hands are tied because the sales guy that sold me my car didn’t put it in writing. On my contract it states that the car comes with TWO key fobs. Yet, I am told that I will be charged to get a second key fob that they owe me. As of right now I HIGHLY advise people to shop elsewhere if they want to avoid the conman at this dealership. All I want is my second key fob(that is owed) and I will gladly take these reviews down. When you call they don't answer. They said it would take 1.5 hrs for an oil change. It took 2.5 hrs. I asked for something else to be inspected and the service associate said she would have to keep the car for 48 hrs because they had over 200 vehicles waiting to be diagnosed. That's ridiculous. They clearly need more staff. I would imagine that it would take weeks to diagnose that many cars. So my warranty issue is not yet checked. More
Horrible service from the girls in the office, in particular Sarah. She was very unpleasant to deal with. She forgot to add my gift card to the system and had to redo the paperwork and she let it be particular Sarah. She was very unpleasant to deal with. When I made the appt to change my oil, I was told it would take approx 1.5hrs. I let Sarah know that I would need my car at the 2 hour mark. She disregarded it, only called me after 5 hours to let me know my car was ready. Diamond Hyundai Palmdale definitely lost a customer. More

The two service advisors that were there move too slow for a fast pace environment. When Raul was there the line wasn't ridiculous. Advisor was making calls to customers to get there cars picked up when for a fast pace environment. When Raul was there the line wasn't ridiculous. Advisor was making calls to customers to get there cars picked up when the waiting line was ridiculous. No common sense those call could've waited. I was the last customer to be helped and she made me wait another 10 min after she made another 2 calls to customers to get there vehicles picked up. Customers that are there should be taken care as soon as possible I understand that space needs to be cleared inside the repair shop but a little more common sense to prioritize task should be essential for a service adviser. There was more that I saw that could improve but is too much to write. More
I brought my vehicle in for an ignition assembly, switches and a rear window on December 9th. I was contacted 1 time by the Service advisor during the month my vehicle was there. I could not reach th switches and a rear window on December 9th. I was contacted 1 time by the Service advisor during the month my vehicle was there. I could not reach the advisor since the service mailbox was full. I find out there was no Service Manager and the he was the only Service advisor. He quits before my vehicle is complete. When I do go to pick up my vehicle on January 4th the acting Service advisor had to figure out my documents. My car was supposedly finished but now with 2 sets of keys. I had to call a Locksmith myself and deal with my insurance to get the ignition rekeyed to work with my original key. This whole experience is completely unexceptable for name brand dealership. Especially one that has Diamond as the front name to represent it. I will never deal with another Diamond dealership. More
