Purchased a Santa Cruz on Valentines Day and while salesman was nice during the sale, things turned sour quickly. We requested rails be added and asked if it was possible to have them installed that day. Salesman confirmed the rails were available and told us that it would only take a hour to complete. Needless to say, the next 51/2 hours were filled will untruth, fabrication, and delay tactics. At every turn we were constantly told it's just going to be an hour more, should be out in 30 minutes, and it's in detail and they just need 5 more minutes. The service was a fiasco when the truth would have been much easier. If they would have simply said that it was going to be a few hours or can you pick it up in the morning we would have been comfortable with that. Instead the constant delay and untruth is what cost us to sit at the dealership for more than8 hours. And we still got a simple exterior wash and a tank of gas. All the items that you would think would be installed during final detail was simple left in the cardboard boxes and set in the back of the vehicle for us to install. Even the Finance gal couldn't follow through on the promise to email copies of the electronic documents. All she provided was a copy of the initial contract and a false promise to email me information. I didn't even get copies of the warranty paperwork.. obviously the point is don't trust their service and don't shop on a holiday. More
Our salesperson Araceli was wonderful. However, past that I was not very impressed. The General Sales Manager was very rude and condescending. The General Manager played good cop and was able to help us close the deal. However, once we agreed it took well over an hour for the finance person to come back to the Hyundai dealership as he was working between Hyundai and GMC (understaffed to put it nicely). Araceli had the vehicles delivered and my mom was able to sign the paper work at home for both cars. I was told I would get my documents emailed to me the next day, Sunday. And if they were not to me Sunday I would have them first thing Monday morning. Neither of these happened. I called the dealership 4 times on Monday to find out where my documents were and was told I would get them in 10 or that I did not need them to get my insurance or that they were already sent. Once again none of this was true. I spoke the GM again on Monday and was told the files were not even scanned into their system yet. This was around 6:30 pm. So once again I was told first thing in the morning. Once again we had to call back on Tuesday to find out where the files were. Only to be told by the finance manager that he had talked the day before off. I finally received my paper work for the first car at 11:30 and the second at 12:30. I was not impressed. More

Staff was unprofessional. Went in for a light on my car on Saturday, received no call so we called on Monday and left messages. I only received a text message later what was wrong with my car. Informed the person that texted me if she could call my boyfriend to discuss the issues and to get the car fixed. She responded that she would call him and a couple hours later she did but was rude to him from the beginning. He informed her after that that I would pay for the diagnostic check and retrieve my car. I came the next day to get my car and had a tow truck waiting. While waiting to pay the other service dealer was on the phone with another customer informing them that their previous dealer got fired, which does not look good on ypur end, could of said no longer with the company. Paid for my car and asked for it to be driven to the tow truck, was left behind the tow truck and was given the keys. Was not told anyrhong about the car and when the tow truck driver tried to get it on the truck the car was dead. He opened the hood and a torn belt was sitting just on top of the engine. The driver had to jump it and put it in neutral. Car was drivable when I brought it in. More

I would give zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. I bought a brand new 24 Kona back in July 2024. Everything was going well but the salesman told me they only had one key fob on hand but assu option. I bought a brand new 24 Kona back in July 2024. Everything was going well but the salesman told me they only had one key fob on hand but assured me they will mail out the second one. Went through finance, signed and left with my new car. A day later I get a call saying that I missed a signature on my PREAPPROVED check (I was certain I had to sign it but the finance guy told me the signature wasn’t needed). I truly felt like they were trying to scam me into their own finance deal. Red flag 2. Two weeks goes by and I haven’t received the second key fob as promised. I call multiple times but miraculously there was no one in the office every time I called. A few more weeks go by and I send an email explaining my frustration about not receiving my second key fob and even attached a mailing address. NOTHING. February 2025 and I call trying to see if they will finally send out my key fob just to be told their hands are tied because the sales guy that sold me my car didn’t put it in writing. On my contract it states that the car comes with TWO key fobs. Yet, I am told that I will be charged to get a second key fob that they owe me. As of right now I HIGHLY advise people to shop elsewhere if they want to avoid the conman at this dealership. All I want is my second key fob(that is owed) and I will gladly take these reviews down.
