Service too Slow and Failed to inspect all Fluids as Promise Was forced to use Synthetic at higher price. They did not inform me until I arrived although I had called ahead to schedule an oil change. Which was deceptive because they raised labor rate by $12 from previous oil change 7 months earlier. They did not check Windshield washer fluid as it was empty. Said alignment was okay but no paper work was provided to prove they checked the alignment. Courtesy shuttle is only one way at 10 am on a Saturday. A one way shuttle is useless. It took 2.5 hour when they promised 1 hour 45 min. At this point they recommended a front brake job. I agreed and it took 1.5 hour and they promised 60 min because the car was on the rack with the wheels already off. The brake job was considerably over priced. I was a repeat customer, but no more. Plus, I was told to allow 3 hours for my service, and it was finished in half the time. Great job everyone! Diamond Honda is where I purchased my '04 Odyssey, & my 1st choice when I plan on purchasing again in the future. Great team! More

Odyssey needed new airbags Mr. Rios checked in my van to replace the air bags per recall. Service was great, got my van back the same afternoon about 4 hours later as promised. Excellent prompt and courteous service. I called service department and spoke to parts manager (Pete Nelson) about not being notified if my airbags were in. He put me on hold for less than a minute, and he asked me to bring both cars in (one at a time). I have taken 2 cars, Mr. Rios checked in my daughter's car first (which needed two airbags) and the next day I took in my son's car. While I was receiving one, I checked the second one in, and I received both cars completed, washed and on time. Great service, Thank you Parts and Service Department! More

My 7am appointment turned into a 5 1/2 hour wait in their lounge. Couldn't take the shuttle home as the "two" drivers put it "we're too busy to take you" then parked their vans. Gonna investigate airbag work due to a routine oil change at another Honda dealer viewed my Vin# and showed no work was even done on my airbags...this may get ugly. More

My advisor, Elson Enriquez took my information, understood my concerns and relayed them to the service dept. I was asked if I was going to wait at the Dealer Ship or did I need a ride home. I had made arrangements to be picked up, gave Elson my phone umber and left. I received a call a few hours later that the car was ready. The oil was change, a squeaky serpentine belt was replaced, and a multipoint inspection had been done. I was also advised there is another issue that will need to be taken care of down the road. More

So I use my phone to go online to find a coupon and I was able to find a coupon for $29.95 (from another dealer, which they accept). After I find the coupon, I show Alan the coupon that I found and he says I have to print it out....as if I would happen to have a printer with me at all times. So I ask him if I could email the coupon to him and he prints it out for me from his computer. He says "no, you have to print it out." I had to give him a pretty hard time for him to tell me to email his coworker the coupon to have HIM print it out. xxx seriously? Aside from that incident, everything else was normal oil change service. Maybe Honda should train their employees on how to use their emails and maybe they should work on their overly priced oil. Thanks. p.s. Alan should be more consistent with his customer service. because when he saw an older chinese speaking customer, he was all friendly. But with him, he was pretty rude even though I was talking to him calm and nicely until he told me to print out my coupon. More
