Oil change and service I had initially taken my 2012 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda after purchasing it 2 months ago. I experienced a strange battery drain, which I had to cal I had initially taken my 2012 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda after purchasing it 2 months ago. I experienced a strange battery drain, which I had to call roadside service to give me a jump during my working hours. I immediately drove from Inglewood to West Covina Diamond Honda, for which they checked my battery and found that it passed with no problems. They did not find what the reason for the initial battery drain was but promised to exchange my battery if it happened again. I also had my oil changed while I was there, for which they double checked my battery. My service person was excellent, as she was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable during this negative experience. THANK YOU Diamond Honda. More

bad experience with no one answering phone and shuttle servi dropped car off for paint recall. called later in the week to check on the progress, and rarely does anyone answer the phone. had to usually call 3-4 dropped car off for paint recall. called later in the week to check on the progress, and rarely does anyone answer the phone. had to usually call 3-4x before someone answers the phone. and when they do, i could never get my advisor on the phone, always had to be a relay message. Worst of all was the shuttle service. I called them the day before to make appointment to pick me up at my house the next day at 1245pm, i said its important they are prompt cause i have to pick up my daughter at school on time. I asked if that would be a problem, they said "no'. Next day, i called 2x more that morning to make sure they don't forget i need to be picked up by 1pm lastest. and again, they said no problem. i waited, waited. then at 1pm i decided to call again, and the cashier receptionist said the driver is already on his way. i waited waited waited frantically, then a driver called me directly and said he's just on his way. i said, i thought he was on his way an hour ago. He said he just got back from lunch, and he was just given this assignment at 1:30pm!!! thank god driver was kind enough to take me directly to my daughters school and pick her up first before heading back to the dealer, otherwise i would have been so late picking up my 5yo. the moral of the story is, if prompt pick up is not possible, they should of told me, so i would then ask them to pick me up earlier and just wait at the dealer. More

My little opinion about Diamond Honda I've been with Diamond Honda for almost 15 years, bought 2 new vans from them ,not only because it is located so conveniently but also no matter when I've been with Diamond Honda for almost 15 years, bought 2 new vans from them ,not only because it is located so conveniently but also no matter when I purchase a new car or go to their service there is never a hassle to me. I am very thankful and hope that I will continually get better deals and services from them in the years to come. More
