Brought my car in for diagnostics, then my car did the same thing it was doing before. I called customer service and was told that this was a new issue despite what I had shared. The initial customer service representative said that because it had been 30 days since I brought the car in, and the "car was working fine" they were dismissive about my claim. I paid over $1,000 to diagnose and repair my car. 30 days later, and less than 1k miles of driving my car it starts to do the same issue. I asked for a supervisor and got Donte. Donte seems to have zero skills in customer service and didn't even seem to care about what I said regarding my car having the same issue. Immediately he began stating that my car had been fine for 30 days and therefore he was sure it was a new issue. He talked over me as I was sharing, and interrupted me throughout the entire conversation to speak. Then I was forced to agree to a new diagnostic few in order to get my car inspected AGAIN. He initially stated that my car had been specifically brought into change a catalytic converter and that's what had been done. He said I did not bring it in for diagnostic and that he had the statement that I sign. I told him that I had all my receipts and did in fact bring it in for diagnostics. After what seemed to be an actual review to my account he said oh okay yes you did bring it in but we diagnosed and fixed the issues. He was dismissive, and condescending as he stated I did not know what I was talking about and the issue I was reporting was new (all before even having my car in for rediagnostics). In the end, my car ended up having carbon left overs ( which I confirmed with other mechanics that this was something they should have seen and the build up they found did not build as much considering the mileage and previous conditions that would have cause this problem). In the end, I was forced to pay more money to get my vehicle repaired. I'm deeply disappointed by this service and don't see myself ever bringing my car in to this location. Especially because of how Donte received and responded to my claims without even first looking at my car. He made me feel as if I had no idea what my car was doing because I'm a girl. His response to my claims was nothing less than condescending and dismissive. DIAMOND FORD you need a better service manager before I ever go back! More
The service team ranges from nice but maybe uninformed (a CV boot does not typically require the entire axle to be replaced) to indifferent (standing at the payment office without acknowledgement for extende CV boot does not typically require the entire axle to be replaced) to indifferent (standing at the payment office without acknowledgement for extended periods of time).
