I should have been given a loaner car since the problem was a defective motor. Dan was able to get my rental car covered, but we weren't sure that was going to happen. I had to rent a car for 17 days whic was a defective motor. Dan was able to get my rental car covered, but we weren't sure that was going to happen. Very poor service department. Does not keep you updated on your vehicle at all. When you call they don’t return phone calls at all. Service Advisor Barrett was outstanding. . Since I was unable to be there, he worked with my son. Barrett was extremely Personable and helpful. Once my Bronco was dropped off, Barrett kept .
