My 1999 F-150 stopped running one night with my girlfriend driving it while i was at work. With about 222,000 miles on it, its time things started wearing out. Being new to the AV Valley i wanted a dealer to check it out. I called them first thing in the morning and was able to get an apointment right away. Towed the truck in and spoke with BRET HART about it, it sounded like the fuel pump went bad so i asked him to look at it. He also told me a RECAL was do on the truck and they would take care of it at the same time. Later that day i recieved a call that yes it was the fuel pump and it was a special order item, this was on a friday and he was able to get it on monday and the truck would be ready. Thats fast for anybody! the fuel pump was a little more pricey than i expected but it was larger than standard. Plus having the dealer replace it you know its a GENUINE FORD PART,i dont want it to fail again for a long time! Picked up the truck AND IT RUNS GREAT! Its almost as if i had a FULL service done! Im VERY happy with the PEOPLE and SERVICE i recieved at AV FORD and will recommend the to my freinds and co-workers! GREAT JOB GUYS! More
I have used Antelope Valley Ford since moving into the area in 2002. My experiences with the Service and Parts Departments have been very satisfying. The Service Specialist that I have been dealing with since last year, Rey Osuna, is the most polite and professional person that I have had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. He is a gentleman of the highest quality, very respectful of me and my time and is extremely generous with his time. He explains what has to be done and why. This attitude provides me with a feeling of well-being and that I really matter to him. AV Ford is the place to bring your automobile for service and whatever else is needed. Especially if you want to feel as if you matter once you arrive. More
Keri and Kathy at the Quicklane are absolutely the best. Their level of customer service is head and shoulders above anywhere I have had a car serviced in the past. I have been a loyal customer at the Quicklane for over 7 years and have taken 3 different cars to them. The last car I traded in with about 220,000 miles and no major mechanicals due I am certain to their professional oversight. They are always friendly and exhibit a true concern for their clients and always leave me feeling confident that I am being taken care of. As long as Keri and Kathy are there it will be my choice for auto service. Again "THEY ARE THE BEST"! More
I have been using this dealer since my husband and I purchased our car in 2004. We initially met Bret with our first service visits along with the above mentioned people. It says a lot when after 5 years a dealerships still has the same people, in what I would imagine a high employee turn over business. Dealerships for the most part do not have good reputations, but AV Lincoln Ford, in my experience has given me good advise, maintained my vehicle with quality service and parts and most importantly carried over the customer care visit, all the way from paying my bill to the occasional rides to and from the dealership and home. PR work is something that is reflected in Bret who knows his product, my car, and is not pushy in his approach. Explaining frankly and expertly, his mannerisms have made me loyal to this service department. As for the cashier Peggie, she is wonderful, friendly and knowledgable in the over all running of not only the service department but the entire dealership and a cup of coffee to boot. Lastly John the driver, an over looked little treasure in your employ. He (as with all the listed employees mentioned) maintains a professional approach and williness to please the consumer and I hope is recognized for his (John) part in what I think can be a thankless job. I have never had any problems with the care I receive for my Lincoln and if I do Bret makes sure it is taken care of in "quick order". Bret remembers me and most importantly my car in its service needs when ever I have routine maintinence or other concerns. Your dealership is lucky to have these people, as with many others, who keep me "returning" for service and in general all my Lincolns needs. In todays economy loyality is very much earned and AV Lincoln Ford as won mine for these reasons. So to the owner and general manager of this dealership, I hope my single patronage will be recognized to your people at Christmas. More
My truck wouldn't start. I called my service advisor Reye and asked when I could bring the truck in. When I dropped the truck off I also identified a window problem. I was highly satified with the service t and asked when I could bring the truck in. When I dropped the truck off I also identified a window problem. I was highly satified with the service that was provided to me. The truck was diagnosed on the day Reye promised. Both problems were repaired and the vehicle was returned washed and ready to go. I have been bringing my truck here for service, and will continue to so in the future. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and my truck is running great. More

I able to make my appointment online. Realizing afterwards that I needed to change the date & time; when I called, they were very accommodating. When I arrived at the time for my appointment, Adrian came out to assist me. He made me feel confident that my issue would be resolved. When I explained that I needed to wait on my vehicle so I could get my children from school, he let me know that if a part had to be ordered, I could have the vehicle back and return to have the issue resolved at a later time, but he would let me know what the problem was. As it turns out, it only took about 1 & 1/2 hours to replace the part and I was on my way. More
I took my Lincoln Navagator in to be serviced and to have it looked at due to the check engine light being on. The morning I called, they got me in right away.
