If your vehicle is in for repair, it should not take over 78 days without initiating any kind of correspondence or reaching out to provide some kind of an update. The other frustrating experience was their phone system. Constantly having dropped calls or put on hold and being forgotten. Or never returning calls after leaving a message. When picking up the vehicle, it was totally filthy dirty inside and out, primarily from sitting outside waiting for parts that took forever to arrive and finding scratches on the sides from where it was parked. Overall, a very frustrating experience with little to no apology or concern on their part. More
