I am pretty good at negotiating, so my friend took me with her to help her buy her new car. We went to a few other dealerships and based on my friends previous credit history and the payment she was tryi with her to help her buy her new car. We went to a few other dealerships and based on my friends previous credit history and the payment she was trying to be at, we were being shown pre owned vehicles, older with high miles. When we can in contact with Darren he said he would work with us on the chance of a NEW car. He told us about the Chevrolet Cruze, and told us about its great safety features. (10 airbags!) I was a skeptic because a new car just did not sound reasonable based on what we had seen elsewhere, but running out of options we went to see him. To his credit, Darren followed up on every promise made. My friend drove home her new 2011 Cruze, but only after Darren worked tirelessly finding the right car, with the right options, in the right color combination that we had been looking for. Darren even worked with the banks for us to make this happen. We didn't even have to deal with the insurance company about transfers of plates and titles, Darren did it all from meeting us, until we pulled off with the new car. It was an even nicer touch when he called a few days later to make sure all was well. Darren is a gem, and someone I will send more friends to. At this point I like the Cruze so much I just might have to go back and purchase one myself! More
I have a 12 yr old Chevy tracker - way past warranty - had a rotted front crossmember - you would assume a car that old has no warranty, they did some leg work and found out GM covers this part - lifetime had a rotted front crossmember - you would assume a car that old has no warranty, they did some leg work and found out GM covers this part - lifetime. Just had to pay for some bushings and bolts. I had no coupons, bit Joel went out of his way and threw in a 20% off coupon and saved me over $70. For a job that should have cost close to $1000, I only paid $300. Very friendly and great customer service, will definitely continue to bring our cars there. More
Truck had a rusted bumper that has been a problem with several of this model truck ( only 3 years old ). The dealer could have been stubborn and not agreed to fix it because I was 315 miles over warrant several of this model truck ( only 3 years old ). The quality of work done at this facility is excellent and the price beats local repair shops and I am getting GM products. Other staff working at this location are friendly from the person answering the phone, taking my payment to the shuttle driver dropping me off. With these excellent qualities I am very comfortable sending my family, friends and colleagues to Dom, Brian, Chris and the other staff working there and know they will be treated with kindness and get quality work done for a fair price. I got a call from Darrin telling me that there was a great car that would be perfect for my list of requirements. I made an appt to go down and take a look at it. I secretly fell in love with it the second I saw it but I wasn't going to let Darrin know it was already mine. It was perfect for us. Test drove it and then the buying dance began. I wanted a monthly payment smaller than what I got but I was willing to accept the price since it wasn't a huge amount higher. Darrin was great to deal with and would love to deal with him each time I bought a car. I'm hoping he has a long term relationship with Diamond! Thanks Darrin!! More
My car recently broke down and I had to have it towed in to Diamond Chevrolet. When I arrived Adam the service advisor helped me out. He was very polite and understanding of my situation. He told me that they were very busy but would do his best to get me in right away. He offered to have their driver give me a ride to anywhere locally that I wanted to go but I decided to wait in the waiting room. With in 1 hour he not only had my car in the shop but came up to me with a diagnosis from the mechanic. They were able to fix my car while I waited and also performed a courtesy inspection of all of the safety items on my vehicle. I am so pleased with the service I received from Adam and the dealership that I will be going back for all of my service needs More

I recently brought my vehicle to the service department in Auburn for the first time. I have been to many other dealers in the area and always felt service was sub-standard.
