Want to take a moment and say how disappointed I am with Kia Motors not standing behind their cars and making me make this public. I PURCHASED 2 IDENTICAL 2020 kia Sportages on the same day from the same d Kia Motors not standing behind their cars and making me make this public. I PURCHASED 2 IDENTICAL 2020 kia Sportages on the same day from the same dealer. Next morning I noticed one of my new cars had moisture in both headlights. Bring it to kia dealer and they start giving me the run around. I now being told 6 months later after 4 trips to the dealer that Kia had a bulletin saying the lights are vented and may develope moisture. Seriously? My other sportage does not have this issue so why are you telling me that the headlights were made to be vented when they should be sealed to prevent moisture. Where on the dealer sticker does it say "vented headlights that produce moisture" before I buy the car. Now Kia is sticking it to the buyer to purchase new headlights that may or may not be vented? Absolutely ridiculous and a poor way to conduct buisness . Shame on Kia USA and Shame on Lakewood Kia In New Jersey! More

Pleasant Experience Drove from Hamilton, NJ to DiFeo Kia in Lakewood for the purpose of possibly purchasing a 2016 Kia Optima SX. When I arrived I was met by a member of Drove from Hamilton, NJ to DiFeo Kia in Lakewood for the purpose of possibly purchasing a 2016 Kia Optima SX. When I arrived I was met by a member of their sales staff (Al Angelo). Al was very professional, took the time to answer my questions and was not at all “pushy” about trying to make a sale. Needless to say, after a test drive and negotiations as to price with both Al and the sales manager, I was able to leave the dealership with my “new” Optima. In the week and a half that I have owned the car it has performed flawlessly and I absolutely love the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used Kia. If you do venture into the dealership, be sure to ask for Al. He will definitely treat you with professionalism and respect. More
