I expressed that I was on a time constraint and we got right down to business. I was in and out and extremely satisfied with my new Sorento and the price! A big shout out to Al Angelo for working so hard to get me everything I wanted! I will definitely be back at Difeo KIA in less than 3 years for my new lease and probably sooner for my little brother! Surprisingly Pleasant Experience We've been leasing cars for decades, and sincerely dread when our lease expires, as we know we'll spend the better part of the day haggling with an an We've been leasing cars for decades, and sincerely dread when our lease expires, as we know we'll spend the better part of the day haggling with an annoying sales rep & then wait around while he and the "Finance Guy" play their back & forth game - our last lease was a torturous 4.5 hour ordeal (different dealership). Therefore, when DiFeo called to invite us to return our vehicle early, I stayed home (36 months wasn't long enough to forget how much I hate this process!) However, as the title states, this was a surprisingly different. Our sales rep, Anthony Cassiere, was rather low-key & unexpectedly accommodating - he let my husband bring the car back to our house so I could test drive it - they returned to the dealership, a fair deal was agreed upon, with minimal back & forth, and the lease was signed within the hour (while I was on the phone!). So yes, I would definitely recommend DiFeo (and Anthony) to anyone looking for a fair deal & no high-pressure BS without wasting an entire Saturday afternoon!! And, most important, I love my new Kia Sportage. Thanks guys! More
