If my husband had not stopped me, I would have definitely walked out. No one should be bullied - which is what he did. The way he treated us was atrocious. I will definitely not recommend anyone going to DiFeo Kia simply because of his behavior. I am appalled at his attitude and I am shocked that DiFeo employs someone that disrespects customers the way he does. Michael Delise does not know how to treat people. He definitely made DiFeo Kia an unpleasant place that I will not recommend or revisit. More

Kia Lease. We were met at the door by our Consultant Renata Picioccio and shown seats at a table. We had Leased a KIA on two other occasions but this was the fir We were met at the door by our Consultant Renata Picioccio and shown seats at a table. We had Leased a KIA on two other occasions but this was the first time we we looking to lease with a trade in as down payment. The process went fast for us and we were out of the Dealership within 3 hours which was great for us.We had a problem with the title for the Trade In but Renata took care of it and it went smothly. We were offered snacks and coffee which was nice. Renata took us outside to show my son the car and explain different functions of it. The Finance end of it was painless and there were no surprises when we were signing the lease papers. We had a great experience and we definetly would recommend family and friends to DiFeo for a place to get a vehicle. We hope to be back to DiFeo in two years for a new lease and vehicle.
