Best buying experience ever! I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in my life, but this by far was the best experience I've ever had! I always do a lot of research on the vehicle I'm buying in the vehicle I'm trading in. Additionally, I contact a lot of dealerships to get the best deal. I knew going in what I wanted to pay and what I wanted to get for my trade. I wrote it down on my notepad on my phone before they brought me my offer. They were within tens of dollars of it! Fair deal from the beginning! Additionally, the truck was for my wife and we were kind of struggling to figure out what would be the best fit for her. We must've changed our minds 10 different times. They were so patient and accommodating! Every part of the sale from the beginning to the end, including the financing, went flawlessly. Keith Lindlau and Michael Murphy were so helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted! My wife is so excited about her new truck! We got such a great deal and absolutely no buyer's remorse. That never happens! Additionally, our finance manager, Josh, was so clear, fair, and honest. I could not have asked for a better experience, start to finish. I am so glad I took the trip from Fort Worth to Denton to buy my wife's new truck! More

Highly recommended, I would buy from them again. I just purchased my second vehicle in two months from Michael Murphy at Classic. Two months ago I upgraded my old Ram 3500 to a new 2017 model. By the way, the Classic service department took care of the service on the previous dually for five years and I can't say enough about how well they treat me. A few days ago my wife traded her 2008 Mercedes in on a new Cherokee, she is thrilled with it. We really like working with Michael in sales, and Josh in finance always finds us the right terms to best suit our needs. I'm sure we'll be back to see them both in the future. Thanks guys. From Terrible to Terrific A few months ago I found the Ram Truck I wanted to lease at Classic Dodge Jeep Ram. Since I am a Pro Car listener and they are the Certified Ram Deal A few months ago I found the Ram Truck I wanted to lease at Classic Dodge Jeep Ram. Since I am a Pro Car listener and they are the Certified Ram Dealership on Jerry's list, I said oh this will be great. I'll print me off a VIP certificate and have a wonderful car buying experience. In your dreams.....Not sure what happened or why, but everything fell through miserably. My wife and I left the dealership saying never again. Recently I was still looking for my next lease and I saw Classic stilled had the RAM I originally wanted. The dealership had reached out to me a couple of times since the disaster but I would not acknowledge them. Since I needed to make a decision this month, I elected to get back with Keith Lindlau. This time, what a difference. One hundred percent cooperative and he did everything that I needed to get my business. Everything was communicated via email, reviewed and agreed to before my wife and I went back to the dealership. I don't know why the turnaround, perhaps they wanted to move the older inventory or perhaps they wanted to make up for the previous experience or both. On arrival this time, we sat in the Truck area and Keith had everything ready for signature and shuffled the paperwork to/from the Car area. We were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes and this time, drove the Ram home. I only give four stars because the first incident rated no star. Thanks Keith and well done. It was a wonderful buying experience this time. More
