My sales rep (Josh) and finance manager (James) were both very friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I got a call back from James with the numbers the following Monday afternoon then arrived around 530PM after deciding to buy the Jeep. Overall good experience but again had to wait a good bit and didn't get home until 830PM. With that said, I would recommend to friends and family, but spending 7 hours at a dealership to buy a car is a bit much. More

Easiest, most hassle-free car buy I ever did I searched the net for the specific vehicle I was looking for and found it at Classic of Denton. While I was still tinkering with the online ordering I searched the net for the specific vehicle I was looking for and found it at Classic of Denton. While I was still tinkering with the online ordering feature of the website, I received first an email, and then a phone call, from the dealer's Internet manager, Keith Lindlau. Keith couldn't possibly have been more helpful. In the time it took me to get to the dealership (very short notice), Keith had the vehicle pulled off the lot, cleaned up, and waiting by the front door for me to test drive. And in the time it took me to drive it around the block, Eric Terry had my trade-in car in and out of appraisal. The whole deal only took a little over 2 hours to pull off, without any pressure or complications at all. I can't say enough good things about Keith Lindlau and Eric Terry.
