I had to leave before completing the finance portion and they did not mind waiting for me to return. Mani had all the paperwork ready to go and made it a breeze. I will definitely return to this dealership. More
- In a nutshell: Oil change coupon declined when offered - twice, incomplete service, poor customer service, overpriced. Explained upon arrival of my scheduled service: new to the area, looking for reliable, satisfactory service location for all service (scheduled/preventative) to maintain vehicle. Explanation not required: elderly female Need oil change (have a coupon) Tires losing air requiring air regularly. Requested tires checked Was asked if I wanted tires rotated. I agreed. Was asked if I wanted engine and cabin filters changed. I agreed. RESULTS: - Oil changed - not allowed to use coupon Twice I was told not to present coupon before service (as stated on coupon), I would be taken care of at checkout. Coupon not requested at checkout. -Tires rotated - was told nothing wrong with tires. Dismissed! Repair invoice states, "check and adjust tire pressure." Both rear tires - each 5 lbs low. I'll need to complete my own tire service. - Cabin filter changed - Engine air intake filter - not changed. Was told aftermarket air intake system had been installed and they could not order replacement. Was told I could order the filter, schedule another service, and they would install. I asked for additional information re: why aftermarket air intake system would be installed. Was told they didn't know. I researched and now understand the benefits. What I don't understand is why the service department personnel didn't know, it's not complicated and the "why" makes sense. - At pickup, with available parking near the service entrance, my vehicle was parked at the far end of the lot (as if in storage), squeezed in between 2 vehicles leaving just barely enough room for me to open the door and squeeze into the driver's seat. Understanding dealership service often times is more expensive, had they been on top of their customer service, this review would be better. Gave me a car with low tire pressure, low battery on key fob, and sensor problem. Called my salesman several times to get the issue fixed but pretty much went ghost after I left the dealership with the car. fob, and sensor problem. Jordan the service technician was extremely helpful and our car service took less than 3 hours! We also had a great time waiting in the dealer talking to sales rep Patrick about future buying. We will most our car service took less than 3 hours! We also had a great time waiting in the dealer talking to sales rep Patrick about future buying. We will most likely buy another car in the future from Patrick and have future maintenance services done by Jordan. Awesome dealership! More
