The estimate included: Breather valve $509, Turbo valve $445, Upper trimming/Chain cover/3-Seals $382, Oil service $115, Pollen filter $75, Engine air filter $82, Control arm and rear bushings $460, Speed Sensors both rear left/right $613, Rear light and turn signal $92, Manual scrape/ ABS control module $3209 more than my car was worth. The Service guy suggested that “I should walk to the dealer across the street and trade in my car.”I thought it was a joke as it seems to be an excessive amount of money for a 56k miles car. I called a regular mechanic who said that he can run the computer and diagnose my car; when he was done with the diagnose and repair; the cost was $169. He replaced 2 sensors @-$8 each plus labor. The car is in perfect shape and running like new. This is the reason, I have taken the time to write this review; to express the frustration.. I feel like DEEL is a complete scam, with terrible customer service. Worst service department! Worst customer service Attitude, and they don't give a crap about you. Worst worst worst place ever! Discrimination of Female Customers From their Service Manager, and their service advisers, the men working at the service dept seemed to thinks its acceptable to speak down to women. I From their Service Manager, and their service advisers, the men working at the service dept seemed to thinks its acceptable to speak down to women. I regret buying a VW from Deel VW, and more so to take it to their service department. Apparently 3 years/36000 miles which my leased vehicle came with from the manufacturer does NOT cover any repair. I will never ever buy another VW. More

Service Department is a rip-off I bought a used VW Jetta, I took it in to have an oil change, and see if there was a possible leak anyplace. Robert Frank, did not call, then called I bought a used VW Jetta, I took it in to have an oil change, and see if there was a possible leak anyplace. Robert Frank, did not call, then called me with a ridiculous quote saying my timing was off and it would be $1600.00 to fix. I picked up the car, paid a 150 for nothing and took it to another place. They told me NOTHING was wrong with my car! Steer clear of this dealership! They are crooked! More
Lengthy delay in ordering parts for repair - My daughter brought her car in for repair after an accident. The body shop used by Deel, A Auto Tec does their body work. The car has been there since My daughter brought her car in for repair after an accident. The body shop used by Deel, A Auto Tec does their body work. The car has been there since Feb 7, 2019 and is still not ready because Deel cannot seem to order a part. They offer no loaner car so we are out of pocket for a month of rental car expense and there is still no completion date. Jose has been unresponsive, and of no help whatsoever. The story he related is that the manufacturer won't ship just one part but has to wait for a bulk shipment. We spoke to the VW dealer where we got the car and they said they never heard of such a restriction. We have called numerous times and still getting the run around. The repair shop has already been paid by our insurance so no one seems to care . DO NOT USE THIS DEALER - THEY ARE AWFUL More

I took the wrong decision to le I leased my first VW Tiguan 2016 in the same year and was really unreliable until I decided to switch to a bigger SUV. I took the wrong decision to lease other VW. I leased a 2018 VW on September 29, 2018, and from the very beginning is giving me a hard time. I drove to service department to find out what’s going on, and the representative told me that I have to leave the car. He offered a car until mine was done, but when I saw the car they offered I was so disappointed that I refused to take it. If I pay 510.00 monthly for my car why should I drive a car that is less valuable? This dealership has nothing good to offer to their customer. Is not fair and is an insult to accept a car under my current car, because any way I have to pay the same amount in my bill. I requested a decent car similar to mine, not a luxury car, but I’ll not accept a Toyota sedan!! Very disrespectful!! I am so disappointed of the way this car dealer treat customers. I will not buy a VW ever. More
Absolutely do not go to this Deeler for Service I just needed an oil change and some Gas for my air conditioning. First I asked for the breakdown of the cost since $285 seemed expensive. Mr. Robert I just needed an oil change and some Gas for my air conditioning. First I asked for the breakdown of the cost since $285 seemed expensive. Mr. Robert Frank kept repeating to me the numbers like I did not know how to add, instead of just politely explaining the breakdown of labor and product. Extremely rude. Then when he called me to let me know the car was ready he advised me that no gas would be put in b/c the A/C compressor was damaged, I told him I knew and to still put the gas but he refused! My car is from 2007 and I have dealt with this issue putting gas I/o paying 2k for a car I intend to replace within the year. The compressor must work good enough as I am sitting now typing this and cold air is coming out (it just takes a couple of minutes) A lot of unnecessary mansplaining came after that and just outright refusal to do what I asked. Please do not go to this dealership for service,. They are very rude, entitled and do not have the customers best interest at heart. Also they seem very unhappy and negative and they are transferring that mind set to their customers when they are comunicating. More
The worst ever. I am so happy I decided to get service before trading in my VW for a Volvo I would hate to be stuck with dealing with these people. The service depart I am so happy I decided to get service before trading in my VW for a Volvo I would hate to be stuck with dealing with these people. The service department that services both is so bad it isn’t even worth speaking to management because the only way you can have that terrible of a team is because you have no leadership skills, don’t hold people accountable, and/or simply don’t care. If I were VW and Volvo there is no way I would allow my brand to be assosiated with this dealership. Both brands are now tainted in my mind, I wouldn’t consider buying either in the future. More

I researched which agent has th Have taken my VW Passat 2013 to Deel Volkswagen for the 3 scheduled free maintenance service within the 36,000 miles. I researched which agent has the highest review prior to taking my car for service, and it was Robert Frank. Sadly for me, I got treated in a very arrogant fash ion every time, but since the service was under warranty, I overlooked. However, 2 weeks ago I took my car which has slightly over 36,000 miles for new breaks. See total service was $901.00 plus $40.00 for a car rental. I didn't expect to be treated like the lady that I am, that would be too much to ask, but certainly with respect. This time I politely requested of Robert Frank to please be kind in talking to me, and I got my son to deal with him and the manager Alina. It would be pointless for me to now recount details of the interaction, in two words, unprofessional and rude. I want others to know my experience, and not fall for the reviews you find here, as I did. More
