I arrived there and at car intake the rep did not explain what the options were as I was without a car. I had to inquire about getting a ride home vs waiting there for hours. Thankfully they do offer a shutt what the options were as I was without a car. I had to inquire about getting a ride home vs waiting there for hours. Thankfully they do offer a shuttle service. The driver was very nice. They picked me up in the afternoon when the car was ready however service rep just took me to the cashier when I got there and did not go over what was done to the car…would have been nice for him to explain what they found and what they did in addition to the service. Also, I was used to the car being washed after it was serviced… they do not do that here. I will try service at another dealer next time. More

HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY. I have had 5 VW's, three (3) bought at Dell and this is the FIRST TIME I have experienced this type of treatment from DEEL SERVICE. The service specialists DO NOT answer the pho bought at Dell and this is the FIRST TIME I have experienced this type of treatment from DEEL SERVICE. The service specialists DO NOT answer the phone. If you leave a message THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. Made an appointment and took my car in for oil change service and a recall and when I got there at 9:30 am they said they could not promise the car would be ready in 4 hours. Left there and went to Tire Plus 1 block away and left my car there and it was ready within 2 hours. They charge $165.00 per hour for labor!!! AND BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. More
