Andrei was awesome. He was willing to work with me via email while most dealerships wouldn’t, even after I explained I was an hour away from them. When the Atlas Cross Sport I inquired about arrived at the dealership, he emailed me pics of it along with the window sticker to make sure it’s the one I wanted. After that, he emailed me a buyer’s order to show what we discussed previously in pricing was legit. I had a trade-in, so I took the hour drive the next day, and they beat the other dealerships by giving me $2K more for my old SUV. The rest is history, and I’m driving my new Atlas Cross Sport.
