I used to think that the car I bought was most important and that the salesperson was just someone to haggle with and fill out the paperwork. These days there are features on these cars that are not even covered or mentioned in the owners manual. Raymond Williams worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a great price. But after the sale he showed me how important it was to have a knowledgeable and professional salesperson to help you. He is always available to answer my questions (I have a lot of them). He even arranged for me to increase my extended warranty from 100 to 150 thousand miles when I discovered how much I like to drive the car. I am thoroughly satisfied with the car I purchased and even more satisfied with the service after the sale provided by my salesperson, Mr. Raymond Williams. More

I had an appt. on 9/17/20 at 9:00 a.m. I showed up after Sally and I heard every excuse there is. It was for a recall that had to be ordered. A man from KIA was there and he said he would make a note and Sally and I heard every excuse there is. It was for a recall that had to be ordered. A man from KIA was there and he said he would make a note and someone would be in contact with me. It is almost two and I have not heard from anyone. Is this how they run Dean McCrary Mazada!!!! Waste of time We went in with the intention of purchasing a Mazda CX-5 for our daughter. According to their online inventory the exact features we wanted were on a car that they had. When we got there they only had a few grand touring models on the lot. I inquired about the car that I saw online and they went to check. I waited 45 minutes while they tried to locate the car. They had no idea where it was and the dealer had a very small inventory. They told us that it was on display at a local mall. When I stated that I didn’t want to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, their suggestion was that I ride by and look at it and let them know what I think. We said we would, but left headed to Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola. While in route, the general manager called and said that the vehicle was in their service department for the Takata airbag recall, but that he could sale me a grand touring edition. The vehicle that I intended to purchase was a 2018 and from my research I knew that Mazda had not used these airbags on new cars in several years. Proof that he was lying to me, then trying to sale us something we didn’t want or need. I will never do business with a Dean McCrary dealership again. More

I have heard that buying a car as a single female can be degrading. This is not the case at Dean MCCrary. Jeff was friendly and promptly returned my calls. I wound up with a fantastic deal. I did read on their site that I had to have a down payment. I was ready for this when I walked in the door. The team was super nice and I LOVE my new-to-me car! More

They are always polite and make the buying process as quick and painless as possible. Today we worked with Mr. Jeff Nunn, Mr. Elmore, Mr. Brandon and Mr. Cecil and had a fabulous experience even with four children in tow. They found us what we wanted, made it fit our budget and got us through the paperwork very quickly. We always leave very satisfied and recommend them highly to everyone. More
Terrible experiance, untrustworthy manager, Great Miata! I called ahead and sent a copy of my insurance and driver's license because I was driving in from out of state. The General Manager, Jeff Nunn sugges I called ahead and sent a copy of my insurance and driver's license because I was driving in from out of state. The General Manager, Jeff Nunn suggested that I do this to speed up the paperwork. It took 2 1/2 hours to get to the paperwork even though I was paying cash. I then paid a $599 Doc Fee and was promised that this was for the title work. They also collected taxes. Yesterday, I received a check mad out to the La DMV for the taxes, a statement of origination and instructions to go register the car. So now I have to do what I paid $599 to have done. Finally, in addition to the car being dirty, the window still having writing on it, etc, they had lost one of the 2 very expensive keys. Jeff Nunn promised to call me the next day (he has my cell phone number) and arrange to have a local dealership in Baton Rouge make me a new key free of charge. That has not happened and he does not answer my calls or texts. This has, in short, been a terrible new car buying experience and I would never recommend any McCrary dealership or any dealership with Jeff Nunn as a manager to anyone. More
