Went in today for a meeting with President(Holcombe) over Mazda in mobile alabama he insured me that they will try to get me in another vehicle with either Mazda or Kia had to do credit work I let them know Mazda in mobile alabama he insured me that they will try to get me in another vehicle with either Mazda or Kia had to do credit work I let them know my credit is in repair still was forced to pull it by the sales manager still denied through Mazda they told me that they will try Kia and call me by the end of today we’ll here it is 1/18/2021 830pm the end of the day has been over for quite sometime now I left with a positive attitude because I feel like I would either get further repairs or a refund or some money back or another vehicle from the poor service they gave me guess what nothing happened but a conversation that was useless because again lack of communication I’m starting to think I should apply as a secretary since they don’t believe in returning calls! (Very upset) not please and again won’t shop! They haven’t tried to do anything then told me if they can’t get me in a cda r they’ll charge me 400$ for some tires after I already spent over 2,000$ with them on Friday I’m appalled that’s a million dollar company there’s no way they should still be begging and not helping! I need headquarters to call me ASAP this is unacceptable. More
I went to Dean McCrary to buy a CX5. The first one I signed papers for had a problem, so they gave me a loaner and worked to get another similar car for me. Paper work did take forever and It is beyond crazy that you have to walk over to McCrary Kia to finish your financial work. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Williams- very knowledgable and professional. More
I used to think that the car I bought was most important and that the salesperson was just someone to haggle with and fill out the paperwork. These days there are features on these cars that are not even covered or mentioned in the owners manual. Raymond Williams worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a great price. But after the sale he showed me how important it was to have a knowledgeable and professional salesperson to help you. He is always available to answer my questions (I have a lot of them). He even arranged for me to increase my extended warranty from 100 to 150 thousand miles when I discovered how much I like to drive the car. I am thoroughly satisfied with the car I purchased and even more satisfied with the service after the sale provided by my salesperson, Mr. Raymond Williams. More

I had an appt. on 9/17/20 at 9:00 a.m. I showed up after Sally and I heard every excuse there is. It was for a recall that had to be ordered. Waste of time We went in with the intention of purchasing a Mazda CX-5 for our daughter. According to their online inventory the exact features we wanted were on a car that they had. When we got there they only had a few grand touring models on the lot. I inquired about the car that I saw online and they went to check. I waited 45 minutes while they tried to locate the car. They had no idea where it was and the dealer had a very small inventory. They told us that it was on display at a local mall. When I stated that I didn’t want to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, their suggestion was that I ride by and look at it and let them know what I think. We said we would, but left headed to Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola. While in route, the general manager called and said that the vehicle was in their service department for the Takata airbag recall, but that he could sale me a grand touring edition. The vehicle that I intended to purchase was a 2018 and from my research I knew that Mazda had not used these airbags on new cars in several years. Proof that he was lying to me, then trying to sale us something we didn’t want or need. I will never do business with a Dean McCrary dealership again. More
