We purchased a new 2012 CX-9 Grand Touring and were very impressed and pleased with the service we received. I have bought a lot of new vehicles over the years and must admit this was the most pleasant buying experience. The finance manager Jorge was very helpful explaining the bonus features the dealership includes and was not pushy to sell me extras I didn't want.
