Follow up to the above. It does appear that the technicians did not complete the full engine bolt up, leaving apparent bolting off of the tensioner pulley on the water pump drive belt. Leading to the over-heating issue. I am pleased to hear that your facility jumped on the issue immediately. Again, my issue is that you took advantage of an individual with limited knowledge of automotive maintenance and just passed the buck around. Your entire mindset at that dealership needs to change if you wish to retain customers. I thank you for the response. However, the ball is in your court on how your management group plans to address this issue, make changes, and update your policy and procedures.
