I wanted to buy another car for my family. I had purchased a new vehicle for my wife about a year and a half ago from Mazda of Clearlake. Before deciding to go back to the same dealer, I checked Aut purchased a new vehicle for my wife about a year and a half ago from Mazda of Clearlake. Before deciding to go back to the same dealer, I checked Autotrader, Kbb, Craigslist, Houston Chronicle, TrueCar.com, and various dealerships websites for unadvertised deals. After about a months worth of research, This dealership was the most competitive in terms of price, financing, service, and availability of specific models I was interested in. Chris Danzell (Sales) sold me a new car the last time. He was very good at returning all of my calls, emails, text messages. He showed me new and used vehicles for about two weeks. After asking me lots of questions. He got me into a new Mazda that fit all of my needs. Bobby Simmons (Sales Manager) worked out the price and took care of most of the concerns I had about purchasing new versus pre-owned. Bart Stephenson (Finance) was extremely busy with a lot of couples who were puchasing vehicles at the same time. He was very fast at processing my paperwork and ended up getting me a decent interest rate. Thanks to everyone there, especially Chris for delivering the vehicle to my home the next day after it was tinted, washed, and detailed! More

The salesmen were friendly and didn't get to pushy about buying anything. They allowed us to go on three test drives, were patient during price negotiations without showing any signs frustration, and even t buying anything.
