My experience with Kizito was how a car buying experience should be. He was very helpful, kind, and generally passionate about what he was doing. He is a great salesmen and I have no problem referring him to friends and family. In regards to the finance department, it was a breeze. It was quick, efficient, painless. He explained everything clearly and I felt comfortable about my decision. We could tell he has been doing this for a while. I would refer him as well. More
Matt was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. He did not pressure us at all. He worked quickly and efficiently. Financing was confusing. I ended up signing up for options I did not need and when I brought my concerns back to Bart he said nothing could be done about it. I was not happy. I called the sales manager and did not get a response. I have since left a message with the general manager to try to get the issue resolved. I want all options removed but if this cannot be done I can go through the individual companies to cancel options. However I was told I cannot cancel the Lojack option. I want it cancelled. By my calculations, with the base price I was quoted, the Lojack costs upwards of $1400 which is too expensive and I do not need it. I bought a car from Clear Lake 7 years ago and my financing options were explained very clearly and succinctly and I chose the best option for my situation. I did not feel this time the options were explained as options. I like the dealership, prices and service from Clear Lake and would like to continue to buy vehicles here but I need the above issue resolved in a satisfactory manner before I decide to buy future vehicles. More

I was looking for a new 2014 Mazda6. Matt was helpful, easy to chat with, and generally understanding of what I was looking for, without being even slightly pushy.
