I was obviously in the car buying market, doing some shopping around and comparing similar vehicles. I drove onto the lot, got out of my car and walked around the Speed 3's since I was interested in th shopping around and comparing similar vehicles. I drove onto the lot, got out of my car and walked around the Speed 3's since I was interested in that car. No one approached me so I figured no one wanted to make a sale. I had to walk in, I was greeted by a nice gentlemen (dont remember his name either) and was told someone would be with me. A younger salesman walked up to me and shook my hand, I asked for a test drive of the speed 3, even showed him the one I wanted a car driver. He asked "are you a serious buyer" I replied "well I am just shopping around and may not buy today, I would need to get the ok from my fiance" (didn't want to give up my position as I was interested in buying asap). So he then said "well I can't just let you go on a joy ride if you're not a serious buyer and want to buy today, this is a high performance vehicle" "And are you even over 21" (the salesman looked younger than me but I don't judge) I may look young, however I am 26 and I am a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy and did not deserve to be disrespected as someone who is out for a joy ride. So I was saying I would just come back later with my fiance, and he tried to clear up his meaning but just got ruder. I had a check in my pocket from my bank for the purchase of this car (because I am a serious buyer) so I took it out and let him know how serious I was and then walked out. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone when they are in the market to purchase a vehicle if you have to deal with them at all after the purchase of a vehicle. I used the online app the dealership ha are in the market to purchase a vehicle if you have to deal with them at all after the purchase of a vehicle. I used the online app the dealership has when I was in the market for an SUV/Crossover and worked out some of the details with a salesperson at the dealership. I took my Toyota Corolla in as a trade and all seemed to go okay, at least as far as buying a car can go until at some point I looked at the paperwork that I had from the dealership. Now this was more than a year after I bought my new CX7 and I discovered that not only was I paying for a new CX7 but I had everything from a life insurance policy to a policy that claimed to cover the nitrogen levels in the tires. This is when the problems started. I contacted all of the companies that were on the various policies as well as the dealership and have gotten nothing but a run around and a lot of excuses as to why I can't get the money that is owed to me for the cancellations. All I want is what is owed to me since none of the add ons were with my knowledge to begin with the small amount that I will reclaim is of little comfort. And of course as each day ticks by I am left with less hope of actually getting what is owed to me and the amount that I will get if in fact I get anything is also decreasing as the dealership drags their feet. More
