I was very happy with the service Ryan provided. He was helpful and informative. He didn't give off the type of pressure I am used to with car salesmen. I was not as pleased with the financing department, and I will use my own bank to finance in the future. Car dealerships need more sale people like Ryan. Overall the dealership is great though, and I will do business with them for my next car when my wife needs a newer car. More
Mazda should be embarrassed by this dealership! We were interested in a Mazda RX8 listed at this dealership that we saw online. It had a glowing write up stating it was MAZDA CERTIFIED VEHICLE!!!.....LOW interested in a Mazda RX8 listed at this dealership that we saw online. It had a glowing write up stating it was MAZDA CERTIFIED VEHICLE!!!.....LOW MILES.....GARAGE KEPT!!!.....NON-SMOKER......CLEAN CARFAX REPORT!!!! When we went to see it had horizontal crack 2/3 across the windshield, all 4 tire rims had serious curb damage, there was sun spots all over the roof and sides, numerous little dents on sides and fenders, front hood and front grill still had damage from being backed into, moldings had been removed from around air vents, moldings had been ripped out of each of the front seats. Worst was when we drove it and were stopped at an idle there was a horrible knocking noise coming from the drive-train under the stick. None of these flaws were shown on the pictures, or on the Carfax and somehow was missed by the dealership. When we showed it to the salesman, he repeatedly said the dealership did not know about all these flaws. HOW?? It took us 5 mins to see all of them and one test drive to hear the knocking. !! How would these have been missed in the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned “150-point inspection/reconditioning” done on the car as they stated in the listing?? Because they don’t do as they say!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

I called the Mazda Clear Lake, to see if they had the Mazda3 i SV that i want. They told me yes, and called me back telling me it was ready to drive right when i got there. When I got there, literally it was ready to drive. Chis Danzell showed let me look around the car, and left me, my dad and mom alone to test drive it! Every other dealership (Hyandai and Honda) had a dealer drive with us, so i had no pressure to drive strictly where the dealer wanted us to go. I came back and started the paperwork. It took a little while, partly because I had to drive home and get my old 1996 Nissan to get some money out of it. Overall Everyone was so nice and Chris Danzell told us straight up what exactly we were getting into, no hidden "fees that required you to be a vet/ disabled/ collegegraduate to get a discount like the people at Hyandai.... We were given a straight price and i walked out happy with a new car! More
Chris Danzell was a true pleasure to work with. I used USAA Auto circle to get certificates from three other dealers. Chris was the first person that sent me an email out of all of them. I received a call from Kizito about buying my 2 yr old CX5 and putting me in a new one and of course I was skeptical. I am not a fan of salespeople on the least bit. Kizito was a breath of fresh air: poli CX5 and putting me in a new one and of course I was skeptical. I am not a fan of salespeople on the least bit. Kizito was a breath of fresh air: polite, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy! I now drive the CX5 I originally wanted and very happy. First, my husband and I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Carlson did NOT run us over as soon as we got out of our car. Neither did he stalk us from afar. Note: Consumers STRONGLY dislike that. Ryan brought a down to earth humble vibe to us which made us feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and carried professionalism throughout the whole sale. Ryan also listened to our needs and really strived to meet the. Which he did. Although we were with him for hours he kept a smile and calm presence. My husband and I were highly impressed with his presentation. We determined that we were going to stick with Ryan and make the sale with him. Overall Ryan welcomed us freely without hassling us and treating us a mere dollar signs (which we got that kind of vibe from another Mazda Sales rep and almost made us want to drive off the lot), he stuck with us and showed us all possible options without giving up, and he was knowledgable about the product and why it can provide.
