Found my new dealer. I have been servicing my vehicles at Russell & Smith or Jeff Haas for years. I recently decided that I would try out Mazda of Clear Lake. It was a nig I have been servicing my vehicles at Russell & Smith or Jeff Haas for years. I recently decided that I would try out Mazda of Clear Lake. It was a night and day difference. The people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had been experiencing an issue that I had tried several times to get fixed elsewhere yet had not been resolved. The service manager and a technician drove with me and were able to identify the issue and resolved it the same day. I live in Pearland and work in the medical center so there are other dealers that are more convenient for me but I am sure that I will only service my vehicles with Clear Lake now. I look forward to trading in my wifes Lexus on that beautiful new Mazda 6 at Clear Lake too. More

Could not have been more easy!!! I picked Mazda of Clear Lake simply because it was where the car I wanted was and I could not have landed at a better dealership! Living in Austin wi I picked Mazda of Clear Lake simply because it was where the car I wanted was and I could not have landed at a better dealership! Living in Austin without a car and buying a car in Webster was obviously going to be a bit more of a hassle. Kenneth immediately became of assistance and because of my work schedule (keeping me from being able to talk during business hours) he assisted me via text mainly which was highly convenient for me. He helped make sure the car I wanted did not go anywhere and held onto it for me as long as possible as I was not able to get down to Webster immediately. I was able to obtain a rather small deposit for a car ($1,000) and he assisted me in completing the transaction via phone. The day I was set to arrive in Webster to purchase the car they were aware I needed to be in-and-out as I had to return to Austin for work that day. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and polite and worked together to get me out of there ASAP. Truly could not have been more simple. Thank you all!! More
GREAT SERVICE DEPT!!! I was having an issue with my A/C in my 2007 Mazda CX9 that occurred almost immediately after my oil change. When Dustin found out of the problems I w I was having an issue with my A/C in my 2007 Mazda CX9 that occurred almost immediately after my oil change. When Dustin found out of the problems I was having he immediately offered to fix it at no cost. Dustin and Matt dropped off a loaner car to me at work and picked up my car. When I got my vehicle back (just a few hours later) they had fixed the problem with my A/C and did all suggested maintenance they had on file for my car all free of charge. Matt kept in contact with me while they had my vehicle to let me know what was going on. Thank you Dustin for the excellent customer service. You definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my car and thanks to Matt for keeping me in the loop. This is the 2nd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Mazda of Clear Lake and we will be purchasing from them again in the future! I would definitely refer my friends and family to them! I bought a brand-new 2015 Mazda 6 GT (superb car! by the way for those who are interested). I actually live pretty far from this dealership so most of my communication was via phone calls or online. I initially got talking to two guys Gerson Pagoaga and Dustin Simon (who in my opinion are the best at this dealership to buy your new vehicle from). Dustin is the internet manager and he was very approachable and courteous with both my multiple phone and email inquiries. Additionally I had used True Car and there was no issues whatsoever from Dustin. I dint have to haggle any price negotiation. He gave me a great price! Gerson Pagoaga was the sales rep who co-ordinated and made sure all my needs as a customer was met with great customer service. He set me up with a nice loaner car until my new car arrived and the day of my purchase he was there explaining every step of the process until I drove my car out of the lot. He also made sure all the options that I had selected on the car was installed properly. He is a bright young man who knows a lot about features and functions of all the models of vehicles. He walked me step by step on how to set-up each and every feature to my custom configuration and was very patient in explaining things multiple times when I wanted him to repeat and re-explain. Lastly, on the day of purchase and drive-out, I went through my financing side of things with Matt Kinard. He went through with his pitch with no-catches. He was understanding of things that I wanted and did not. There was no last-minute attempts to pressure and make me sign-up for things that I was not comfortable or felt no need for at the time of signing final contract. I breezed through my contract signing within 25 mins. I highly recommend these guys ! They work well as a team and do a great job of being upfront, honest, and approachable. They manage customer expectations with very good customer service. More
awesome deals I went in and saw Kenny froisy was sort of nervous because I didn't have a huge down payment and new my credit isn't at best. Although to my surprise and delight kenny walked me through the steps gently and made the process so comfortable and fast. I had been to 2 previous dealers and it was a nightmare. I was able to buy the new car I wanted with my down payment and credit. He was very professional yet caring and compassionate towards my situation. Couldn't have dreamed of a better salesman!!! More

Got the car I have been wanting!! Thanks Tyrone P.! Early Monday morning, I walked in and told Tyrone, I want that car and pointed to the one I wanted. He pulled it out, let me test drive, and started negotiating. I told him what I wanted and what I didn't want. And he did just that. He made it happen. This was the first time I was in and out a dealership in less than 3 hrs. Compared to the Saturday before I was next door for 9hrs and didnt walk away happy. I have purchased cars before through Mazda and have been satisfied to the fullest. Again, thanks to everyone who made my purchase happen, bc I am one happy person.
