Chris didn't pressure us he said just take your time I will be here when you decide. I had checked out another dealership but wasn't satisfied with them. I had been corresponding with Chris through the internet so I decided to check things out before we committed to anything. I left and came back with my husband to check it out he was very satisfied also , Chris was a very polite salesman and he provided outstanding customer service, he answered all the questions that we had and even questions we didn't think of until he brought certain things to our attention. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchases and all the new technology. He waited around even though his part was finished after closing time to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a Mazda to contact him. More

The Morning After I had previously posted a very, very good review of this dealership, but I want to amend some things: First of all: do not ever expect a phone call I had previously posted a very, very good review of this dealership, but I want to amend some things: First of all: do not ever expect a phone call to be returned - not by the salesman who sold you the car or the guys in the finance department. Evidently, Mazda of Clear Lake cannot afford telephone lines that work both ways, they can only receive calls, their phone service does NOT allow them to call out. Second: the reason I needed the clowns in their finance department to call me back is because about two weeks after I purchased my Mazda, and the financing had already been approved through a bank (but I didn't know it yet because no one at Mazda of Clear Lake could return my phone calls) , I received two notices from finance sources which were never mentioned during my time with their finance department saying my application to finance my new vehicle had been declined. I have a FICO of 828! The reasons stated on the rejection letters were in no way applicable to my situation. Therefore, my first thought was fraudulent use of my credit or identity theft. I am 68 years old and almost had a heart attack!! I've called their "finance department" twice to no avail. On the voice mails I left I stated WHY I was calling but no one ever returned my phone calls. Moral to the story: When you're ready to purchase a new vehicle, make sure their telephone lines are set up to make OUTGOING calls as well as being able to receive incoming calls. Test this by calling your salesman while you're at the dealership TO MAKE SURE he can receive your phone calls. Do not take their word for it that they can. There is no service after the sale at this dealership. They don't even care enough about their customers who may be experiencing IDENTITY THEFT because of applying for (and receiving but not knowing it) an auto loan through their dealership. I had to call Transunion and have a fraud alert put on my credit files. Thank you Mazda of Clear Lake. More

A very good new car buying experience. After spending many hours on the web researching what our next new car should be, we then spent the better part of a week checking out the various dea After spending many hours on the web researching what our next new car should be, we then spent the better part of a week checking out the various dealerships in our area. The first car we test drove was the Mazda 6 at Mazda of Clear Lake. Our sales rep, Rodrigo Caster, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We shop for a new car about once every 7 to 8 years and tend to hold on to our cars for about 12-14 years. Buying a new car is not our favorite thing to do. I really liked the that Rodrigo understood that we were out to compare and contrast various makes and models and that we were not ready to buy the first car we test drove. Ironically, the first car we did test drive became the car we bought, but not until we test drove several other vehicles. Rodrigo answered all our questions and ultimately helped us reach a deal we were happy with. Aaron Winfrey in the Finance Department got us through the final steps and signing of the various documents in short order. Overall it was an excellent experience, no high pressure tactics, and I can easily recommend Mazda of Clear to my friends and co-workers. More

Smooth, easy, simple buy with Mazda of Clear Lake I spotted the very car I wanted online via auto trader.com and gave Mazda of Clear Lake to inquire if they still had the vehicle. I was so happy that Tyronne with sales took my call and confirmed he'd have the vehicle ready to test drive later that evening. Like promised, car was ready when I arrived at 6pm, gave us the keys and off the test drive went. Within 10 mins we decided this was to be our car. Tyronne walked us through the process and explained everything beautifully. He was honest and sought answers to questions he didn't know. We worked with Nathan to help handle financing and he too was easy to work with. Three hours later we drove our "new" used car home! Thanks Mazda of Clear Lake. I'll be recommending you guys to others and look forward to the complimentary oil changes! More

The salesman, Mirza, was very friendly and easy to work with. He was not a "pressure" salesman at all. A few minor repairs had to be made on the car and the car was ready in four days. Mirza kept in touch with us to let us know about the progress of the repairs. My granddaughter was very pleased with the car and we are very pleased with our experience at Mazda of Clear Lake. More

After initially going in to look at used ones, i found a new one for an even better price posted on their website. I worked mostly with Tyler, who was a great guy to work with. He was friendly, likeable, and made me and my family feel welcome. He showed me a few cars both times I went look around and was just a good person to talk to when going through the buying experience. I negotiated prices with his boss a few times and things got tense, but it didn't reflect on Tyler in a negative way. His boss was just trying to make a deal with me. Overall I got a good car at a good price; can't complain. Thanks to Tyler for all his help with my purchase. More
