Bought a car while deployed I purchased my new Mazda3 while deployed in Afghanistan. Needless to say my circumstances were unconventional, and I had dozens of questions and speci I purchased my new Mazda3 while deployed in Afghanistan. Needless to say my circumstances were unconventional, and I had dozens of questions and special requests that needed to be met. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Danzell who was prompt, professional, and helpful every step of the way. I first contacted the dealership online. Chris e-mailed me back within minutes about a specific vehicle that met all of my requirements and a quote that outbid every other dealership in the area. None of that "so what are you in the market for?" stalling and roundabout salesmanship that requires the customer to painstakingly drag a figure out of the salesman. He was straightforward, no nonsense, and conscious/respectful of my time from the very start, and he found exactly what I wanted on my first day of shopping. Since I was deployed Chris had to communicate with me exclusively through e-mail, had to answer myriads of questions about Powers of Attorney and other legal documents, and had to make it possible for my husband to conduct the transaction on my behalf. Furthermore, the deal he quoted us was so incredible that neither my husband nor I had much faith that it was on the level. We expected to show up at the dealership to be surprised by some multi-thousand dollar up sell - and I told Chris as much... several times. I demanded proposals in writing and raked him over the coals about his quote being the true out the door price. Needless to say, my husband and I were not easy customers. Chris handled the entire situation with grace and empathy for my circumstances, and was always helpful and polite - no matter how difficult I was! My husband showed up to the dealership, paid the price that was promised, signed the paperwork, and was out the door with a beautiful new vehicle in under 30 minutes - and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I encourage you to head in to Clear Lake Mazda to see Chris for an honest, easy purchase and the BEST deal in town! More

Piece of Cake! We purchased a CPO Mazda6 in 2011 and at the time Chris D. worked with us to make a deal. Meanwhile we moved out of state. As luck would have it, th We purchased a CPO Mazda6 in 2011 and at the time Chris D. worked with us to make a deal. Meanwhile we moved out of state. As luck would have it, the car was involved in an accident. We were not having much luck finding a good deal in our new home state. My wife suggested we call Chris to see what he may have. I am glad we did! We explained what our needs/wants were, and they were met. Chris prepared the deal over the phone, an we picked up our new CPO M6 a few days later. My wife couldn't be happier! More
