My sales consultant, Rodrigo, was knowledgable about the vehicle and seemed committed to making sure I was happy with my purchase. Everyone was easygoing and friendly, from beginning to end. This was the first time I walked away from a vehicle purchase feeling good about the entire experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Great experience I have bought three Mazdas from this dealership and they have always made the experience as stress free as possible. I bought my first Mazda 6 from t I have bought three Mazdas from this dealership and they have always made the experience as stress free as possible. I bought my first Mazda 6 from them in 2011. I traded it in for a new 2016 Mazda 6 in May. I was in an accident in July and totaled my car. I called my salesman, Chris Danzell, and asked him to help me get a car exactly like the one I had bought in May. He immediately did that and worked with me to get everything in shape until the insurance settled and let me buy the new car. Nathan in finance was also great. I highly recommend this dealership and cannot imagine buying another car anywhere else. The service department has been great when I have taken my car in for oil changes and such. More

above and beyond I bought a used 2012 Dodge Challenger. The next day, the battery was completely dead. Even though I had bought the used car "as is"; Chris Danzell, my I bought a used 2012 Dodge Challenger. The next day, the battery was completely dead. Even though I had bought the used car "as is"; Chris Danzell, my salesman, arranged for a full reimbursement of a new battery. Also, I have poor credit so the finance dept. worked overtime to arrange financing at very reasonable rates...There were a few hiccups but the entire sales staff at Clear lake Mazda work to solve them to my satisfaction. Mazda - Service / Maintenance I visited Mazda Clear Lake today for my 2015 Mazda 6 scheduled maintenance (oil change). Chris Howell was the one who put in my appointment and completed my service. Chris Howell is a consummate professional and follows-up on everything that was discussed even if it was a couple of months ago. When i had gone in for Service , he remembered my name and greeted me. All went good on my appointment and it was done and completed on time without delays. Also, Mazda Clear Lake had somehow misplaced my custom Mazda tire valve stem caps from my vehicle service the previous time around. Thereby I had spoken to Chris about this last time and he said he will take care of the situation when I came in next time (which was this time around) and order new ones for me. He did exactly that when I went in for Service this time. He had already put in an order and got it for me this time. I dint have to remind him and he recollected it himself. That's how you do great service! I recommend Chris to anyone who gets service done on their vehicles from Mazda Clear Lake More
