I have a 2002 Mazada and recently had a couple problems with my car. The drivers side window would not roll up and I had a small oil leak. They called me regularly to let me know what problems they had found and we discussed what needed to be done to fix the problems. Because of my exceptional service, I decided to have a complete tune up while my car was there. I trust these people. They were honest and did the work in a timely fashion. I recently had to take my car in for serevral issues due to milage and general maintenance, and could not have asked for a better experience than the one I recieved at Mazda of Clear Lake. The staff was very informative and explained all of my issues on a level that was easy for me to understand, and left me with a great sense of security that the information I was given was HONEST and ACCURATE. My car was serviced for several days in a row, during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge to me. They called me when the work was done and even walked me to my car and went over the work they had done with me when I picked up my vehicle! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone but especially those who are hesitant on getting work done on your vehicle for fear that you are not going to get an honest answer and quality service! My wife and I were looking to purchase a new car. Mazda of Clear Lake gave us the best price over the internet, but they changed the price when we visited the location. The issue being the cost of the win of Clear Lake gave us the best price over the internet, but they changed the price when we visited the location. The issue being the cost of the window tint on the car; they agreed to waive the cost since they had not included it in the original quote. They went off to get the paper work ready and came back w/the total w/the trade-in on a slip of paper. They transferred the total to their form and asked me to initial it. The actual paper work matched the total, but we never noticed that they had never waived the tint charge as agreed. When I did notice the charge, I notified everyone I could at the dealership, but I couldn't get the time of day from them. In my opinion, the dealership is dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone!!! More

We test drove a vehicle were going to drive another to find out we were not approved. They need over 4,000 down and not sure then if the could help us. The financing Lady I spoke with was named Cherre and the other person you could speak with is vanesssa. Please dont let them waste you time with false approveles.They also dont stand by the prices they have on the internet!!! The sales manger for the used car department was one of the rudest people I've ever meet. I really hope this saves someone a trip. More
