Chris Danzell is an excellent salesman. We didn't feel any pressure when purchasing our new mazda. He was prompt in finding us the model we were interested in. He actually opened up the owner's manual and went through most of it as well as highlighting a few key pages that he thought we would be interested in. He negotiated everything with the sales manager on our behalf. Chris showed my wife how to use the bluetooth paring for the mazda and her cell phone. He set up our favorite radio stations in the car. He checked on our financing many times too make sure we weren't waiting for nothing. While we were waiting for the sales managers and financing to be finalized, Chris had our car washed and spent a lot of time chit chatting with us. He always gave us an estimate on how much longer the process should take. He smiled alot and gave us eye contact which helped make the car buying experience a lot easier. The quality of work and friendliness we experienced form him is comparable to the quality we get at our bmw dealership for our other car. He asked us what our expectations were, and gave us the car we wanted and around the price range we were looking for. We had been to several dealerships in Houston where we live. We were satisfied with the information, price, and general manner from him. We will definitely call him again when we want to replace our other vehicle. Mazda of Clearlake: We would rate a 4 out of 5. Some of the advertising details could be listed a little clearer, I wish we had received Business cards from the financing and sales manager. We only saw the sales manager once. The finance manager did explain in detail all of the optional finance benefits and expedited our credit approval. The sales staff were very helpful without being pushy. They came up with what I was searching for and got the vehicle down from Dallas so I could be sure it was the one I wanted before I committed to it.
